We’re grateful for your input! The story has a lot of emotional moments-what scene in particular made you feel the most, and why do you think it had such an emotional impact on you?"
W0W!! He didn't " FIRE" any of them. He just taught them a "LESSON" and effected " Positive" changes. He is " FORGIVING" and a " DECENT" human being, by giving them ALL, a " Second Chance" A very good Story.👍
Being over 70 years of age, I have held positions from dish washer up to senior management in an international company. I have hired good workers and fired supervisors much like those depicted in this story. If I were the main character in this story, every one of those smug, self righteous people would be on the street the next day searching for a new job. I hate injustice in the work place.

There are peoples of other races are capable of helping other races, everyone of another race is not your enemy; not everyone of your own race is your friend.
Thank you for sharing this thoughtful perspective! You’re absolutely right-empathy and kindness transcend race, and true allies can be found in any community. This story aims to emphasize the importance of treating everyone with respect, regardless of background. It’s a reminder that unity and mutual support can help us create a better world. Let’s continue spreading positivity and breaking stereotypes together
What an insightful perspective! Your comment beautifully captures the essence of breaking stereotypes and embracing humanity as a whole. This video really highlights how actions, not appearances or assumptions, define who we are and what we stand for. Alex’s story is a perfect reminder of that truth-his leadership transcended barriers and proved that mutual respect can create real change. What do you think is the biggest challenge in helping people understand this mindset in their everyday lives? It feels like such an important conversation we all need to have!
We appreciate your insights! If the antagonist had succeeded in their plans, do you think the story would have ended differently? How would the characters’ lives have been impacted?"
When you think you're mocking the dishwasher, but he’s actually the boss who owns the building, the plates, and your paycheck. Lesson served: respect is always in season at City Plates!"
My grandmother owned a restaurant as long I could remember. if any of this happen to employee under any management as described in this story, they would all been fired, given a bad reference and if an new employer ask the reason for reference, she would explain the reason. My grandmother do not believe in bad workers or abuse of their authority.
*What a story! Alex’s belief that respect is a right for everyone, regardless of their position, is such an important lesson. It makes me reflect on how often we take small acts of kindness for granted. What’s one way you think we can ensure we treat people better in our daily lives, no matter their role?*
Thank you for sharing your perspective. I understand your concern, and I apologize if the situation gave off the wrong impression. It's important to me that everyone feels respected, and I will make sure to address this appropriately to set a better example moving forward.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I truly value your perspective. You're absolutely right that real-life changes in heart and character often take time and involve more gradual consequences. This story, however, was designed to deliver a message about respect and self-awareness in a concise way. While it may feel a bit fast-paced, the goal was to inspire viewers to reflect on how small actions can lead to big changes. I appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for making future stories even more relatable. Thank you for watching and engaging!

I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years. If I had managers or staff members like that I would replace them NO second chance. RESPECT for all.
He validated their actions. They should have been fired instantly.
