Loved the video as always. I was hoping to see your photoshop/lightroom process as well. It's good to hear customers don't get upset if you "improve" the artwork for the print. I use a scanner stitched together and end up with a 4 gig tiff file for each one.

I have thought about making prints of my work a thousand times but it feels overhwelming - so much technical and logistical know-how required, at least for me as a very analogue person. jpegs by their nature have compression built into them. For artwork you should save a copy as uncompressed TIF files. Then you can make duplicates for file size, sharing, posting. It is much easier to make smaller versions later on than trying to add quality. So get one "master" copy.
