I know this video is needed as i was interrupted while watching it. Altho, much of one can't let go of is- the love once was, that hole left once it's gone, such as loss of parents, family, spouse, friends, youth, freedom, goodness. One needs this love as it's a part of who one once was, who one is, and who one has become. It's there for good but can pull one down with sadness from time to time. Grieving is normal but will always be present to some extent, it doesn't leave the mind, just as an elephant never forgets. I think this is normal and part of life. No problem getting rid of negative thoughts as they easily fly away. Thank you for this video. I've tried not carrying baggage all my life as it's easier on me and don't have heaviness of heart. I prefer to think of the goodness. Suggestions are always welcome. Peace & Blessings.

WOW!! Do I need this. My mother died at the beginning of the week. We were not close. I since found out many things that pertained to me, that my mother did. She never told me growing up, I am so angry over it. But more angry about what I didn’t get from her. I will do this meditation during a quiet time.

I live in a dictatorship country. women in are constantly suppressed by government forces. These days, people in my country esp women are holding demonstrations and want to stop descrimination. But the leader of our country is too cruel to hear protesters' voice, and they just kill women, children and men on the streets. Now I want to ask you to pray for us to achieve our freedom, to get rid of this cruel leader and live a better life.
