Hi Lorna while I was listening my dog came and sat down beside me and switched off your meditation. I thought I'd tell you as I had to laugh. I'm afraid my dog is obviously jealous of my guardian angel. I'll try later when he's asleep. He's just been diagnosed with heart disease but seems ok atm with the meds they've given him. I'll do a prayer for him tonight. 😊thank you for all you do. 🙏🐶
