you can fish them in water with a lot of plants!
Winter time you can fish them very slown on the bottom.

Just going out right now on the cut in the dark and the lure I've clipped up is a 9 inch white buck tail spinnerbait !, Must be a sign eh? My 2nd choice is gonna be a black Mouldy's Hawg wobbler !! Bit of luck'll be right nice!! 😬😬😬

@@pikeandperch yes m8 defiantly. Iv not done as much as I'd like because of heat n low water levels. But the videos inspired mi n giv mi my mojo back. Gunna have last couple of hours tonight see if I can tempt one out.

I’ve caught an 11lb pike under that bridge and Horbury bridge is near where I live and it’s good but pressured
I live in horbury but only ever caught one pike from hartly bridge

What strength braid do you use? You seemed to be able to break it fairly easy when you got snagged up

Love your videos mate I have never tried spinning laure fishing but I do love fishing for pike dead baits would love to try what you do just wondered how much it would cost for a rod like yours real line for a starter and what would you recommend I remember hearing you say about an 8-foot rod is better would love a reply from you to get me going in the world of spinning

I'm from the us in indiana to be specific and we have a little river that 11 state records are held. In the tippicanoe we catch alot of pike and smallmouth but for the pike the average size is about 35 inches but there's guys that catch 45 inches out of there. And we have a few musky in there along with walleye and quite a few species of sunfish I love to bring my fly rod when the wind isn't too bad and I've caught a 25 inch pike on the fly and it about snapped my 3wt. You should definitely try to get a fly rod and some big streamers and see how they react. For fish of those size a I set would be ideal. And you and order a fairly decent set up for about $100 us. Sex dungeons are what they're hitting on right now either bright orange or chartreuse with a little black

iv got a normal bass sized one, not really used it. dont have much confidence in bigger lures.
do you always use a trailer or whatever the soft plastic is called?
i notice a lot of the americans dont usually use them

do I need a wire trace for my spinner bait ? if so how do you attach it without it sliding about on the lure and there is no ring
james allen yes mate you do there is a loop at the end of the lure for the clip to attach too

just got the savage gear Da'Bush spinnerbait from angling direct because of this video and is almost exactly the same spinnerbait used in this video, first time using it i was just heading home and a water bailiff came to check my licence and what not but he tried to tell me that this spinnerbait was illegal because of the spinners being separate from the main part. i literally cant see how this could be illegal and I've never read anything in the national laws or local byelaws that would make me think its illegal. Anyone got any idea?
