The pin that Crys got with the character in a fish/kote costume, the mystery pin that was worth ¥440, and the mystery keychain/pins that Angel got with the “kids” (and the other stuff that looks like that) are characters from the anime “Osomatsu-san”, and it’s pretty popular in Japan! As a fan of that show, and a collector of their goods, I’d say you guys got your money’s worth on those items, because I’ve bought those items at around or even more than ¥300.

@@drewdarren5599 Actually it is more disrespectful to wear a mask when you aren't sick. You are using a much needed resource when you wear a mask that does not prevent you from catching COVID-19 in the first place, when the people who need them more cannot even obtain them easily right now, people like Doctors, Nurses, surgeons are having to use masks for longer periods of time which in turn is causing them to get sick from other diseases when they are trying to care for people who are sick or injured. The only time you should be wearing a mask is if you absolutely have to go out when you are sick for things like food, medicine etc. That is the only time someone should be wearing a mask outside of the people giving care to the sick or injured.
You are travel to japan without mask and this is very irresponsable with this consistence stay in home fo us covid 19 is not a clawn game .

Marathon Watching 7/14/2020... Lucky Boxes on a short Japan Trip.
Most of the pins/keychains are from an anime called Osomatsu-san.
And the one rubber strap/keychain is from an online mobile game and anime called Touken Ranbu Online (which I personally love lol)
That character is from
Osomatsu-kun (Japanese: おそ松くん) is a comedy manga series by Fujio Akatsuka which ran in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday magazine from 1962 to 1969. The series revolves around a group of sextuplet brothers who cause all sorts of mischief. It has been adapted into two different anime series of the same name, the first of which was produced by Studio Zero in 1966, and the second by Studio Pierrot in 1988. These were aired across Japan by Fuji Television, Animax, and the South Korean kids channel Cartoon Network Korea. A new anime series by Pierrot, Mr. Osomatsu, began airing in October 2015 to celebrate Akatsuka's 80th birthday, with a manga adaptation by Masako Shitara serialized in Shueisha's You magazine from January 2016.

I love how they talk about a Pachinko Parlor likes it’s a bad thing. It’s just an arcade for adults. The more marbles you win the bigger the prize you get. The smells aren’t the worst thing. Gambling was outlawed in 1907 and is illegal but loopholes such as Chance Pools (sports books) on certain types of racing and Pachinko Parlors are ok. It’s an interesting subject, also fun to watch people play Pachinko. You can scope out TH-cam videos and watch a few wind 30 or 40 dollar bottles of Sake (not the cheap brand either). Anyway, to each there own. Definitely a different vibe in Japan

while it's always entertaining to watch these, I still kinda get the feeling the small boxes really ain't worth it.. pins, key chains, I don't know.. feels like stuff ya'd get for a buck from ebay later, it's more fun watching bigger boxes being opened as there's actually more different stuff inside.
