Upgrade The Look Of Your RV | Peel and Stick Wallpaper RV Installation!

- Upgrade the look of your RV in one afternoon with this great looking wallpaper! We have never tackled a job like this before, but were excited to see what kind of difference it would make! We knew we wanted to start our little project with an upgrade to the look of our bathroom first. The wallpaper wasn't hard to work with once we got the hang of it...but patience is DEFINITELY needed for this RV upgrade project!

Looks great! One thing I'd add, if you are overlapping paper, you should start from the bottom and go up. That way if/when water gets splashed on the wall for any reason, it won't drain into the paper. Kind of like roofing shingles

I used that same wallpaper to cover up ancient border in the LR cut it to fit. Really helped modernize. So glad I found this. Been wanting to paint but seems overwhelming. Im liking this. Thank you for showing us. Subbed

Looks good guys! The new Grand Design wall covering is tough to get to stick too. I had to go back and glue ours.

What did you glue it with? Trying to prepare for the worst!
@@rapnzel24 we just wiped the walls down with a damp cloth, it is peel & stick wallpaper, so no glue is needed. Thanks so much for watching!

Love the bathroom update with the wallpaper, it really seemed to lighten the bath up a lot. We have a 2020 303RLS with the same bath and want to do the same thing as well as maybe the bedroom. How many rolls of the wallpaper did you need for the bath?
We bought 2 rolls, one was not quite enough so we have quite a bit left over. Most likely enough to do the bedroom as well, but we haven’t tackled that job yet! Thanks for watching!
No it is hard. I tried to do it but mine is brick so I can't go side to side. I ruined the first sheet and ruined it. I think I need to measure better to keep it straight. But thanks for the encouragement.

Excellent! What dd you do with the trim in the corner....the raised moulding in the wall corners which is covered by the original texture? We need to do this to our coach eventually!

yes that little lip on the floors that has the bottom wall trim? Just run it up to that edge and leave it?

so helpful! looking into buying an RV and "remodeling" it. Was your previous wallpaper textured? I am wondering if that has an issue with putting up stick wallpaper over it? thank you! and I love the after look!!

Currently doing my rv. We live in it full time in BC Canada. The thing I’m worried about is the temp change…. It gets cold! Obviously we keep the heat on but still… it hits -40😳😂
I just started my kitchen with peel n stick contact paper for behind all cupboards. Painted the cupboard doors. I wanna do the backsplash but I’m worried it won’t stick. Anyone with concepts that have proven to work in these temps?

We have been in a very wide range of temps and humidity. From 0 degrees to 100 with 90% humidity in Florida and our backsplash and wallpaper is still sticking great!

Thanks for sharing. Did you remove the wallpaper first? I saw a plain wall and a wall with an old design before you did the work. I'm thinking about doing this to our rv.
There was no wallpaper on our walls, so we just wiped the wall down. I would imagine if your existing wallpaper is difficult to remove, you could leave it and go right over it with the peel & stick. Thanks for watching!

How is the wallpaper holding up in the Florida humidity? We don’t use our camper except for vacation so the ac isn’t always running

So we live in 40 below winter days and most of my wallpaper, peel and stick, fell down! Any tips?
Wow! That’s cold! My only suggestion would be to possibly use a spray adhesive on the wall before putting the wall paper on...but I’m not sure how that holds up to those temps either! Sorry I couldn’t be more help, thank you for watching!

Did you guys cover up the seam trim in the corners and edges?
We did not cover the trim in the corners and along the edge. Thought about removing the trim, but decided to take the wallpaper right up to it and leave the trim in place. Thanks for watching!

did you remove outside and inside corner trim?
We did not remove the trim, just butted up to it with the wallpaper.
Do you live in your RV full time in Florida? I used the exact same brand of peel and stick paper from Amazon ( I followed your link to be sure) and mine all fell down from humidity in a very short time. I live in North Carolina.
We have spent a lot of time in Florida after the installation of ours and no issues. It’s still sticking as good as ever. Did you clean the walls really good beforehand? That’s all we did to prep before installing.

It’s still holding up great! Yes, we went right over what was there, we just wiped it down really well first.

We’ve been in hot, humid Florida with no issues.
