Hey Friend, Happy Friday. I’m so glad that you and Becka live so much closer to each other now. It’s hard to live so far from your best friend. Me and my best friend live an hour away in two different states and it’s not always easy to see each other. 😢
A few tips for your towels: dawn dish soap, just one little circle motion (I have a top loader so double check this is ok for front loaders but I’ve never had any issues doing this) into the drum and also try vinegar for softener (no it won’t make them smell like vinegar I promise!) next time yall get new washer/dryer, get a TOP loader! Way less likely to get any type of build up inside the drum which I think might be causing your oil spots! Hope that helps🫶🏻🫶🏻
Thank you so much!! 🩷 I’m trying the dawn soap trick!! I’ve been adding the vinegar in and it’s definitely helping but there is for sure something going on. Hopefully we will replace them soon && I do think I’ll be going with a top loader! ❤️❤️

Strip your towels! Make sure they are all clean and dry first. Then fill your tub or a big storage bin with hot hot water. Add laundry detergent, WASHING soda, borax, and calgon (it’s a liquid in the laundry isle). I do about a 1/4 cup of everything in the tub except laundry detergent, that’s just 2-3 tablespoons. Probably use less if using a storage bin. Mix until dissolved and add your towels or other clothing (preferably all like colors). Let it sit for 6-8 hours, moving them around every 2ish hours. Drain water and ring out, then wash and dry like normal. This strips all the nasty things that can cling to the fibers like buildup from too much detergent or fabric softener (which is terrible for your clothes).

Me and my friend went to a water park and I rode a roller coaster for the first time (I was terrified before and after😭) I’m now trying to clean my room and I realized I clean faster when I have headphones in because I can still hear videos even if I can’t see it

I wash all my towels and stuff separate with just arm and hammer odor and stain blaster with the unclean same as the soap and I use the same in the scent beads it all works amazingly they smell good and are soft !!!!!

I am good for broken toes LOL last time was 3 on 1 foot and 4 on the other playing with my dog door casings are not our friends and my heels got a lot of overtime LOL they both looked like I was storing jello in the tops of my feet when they were swollen , I am so use to it that I just get on with it !!!!!

I am so sorry about your toe. I am no stranger to broken toes. I have broken multiple toes in my life. I am a huge klutz! I have also broken both my ankles several times. Really I shouldn’t walk! LOL!! Hope you are feeling better soon.
Haha oh nooo!! 😅 I can’t say too much either I broke my pinky toe when I was a child and broke my foot as an adult. Now my pinky toe again. So ready to be back to normal already haha
For your towels use some vinegar in the wash. It takes the sour smell out of them and no they will not smell like vinegar.
I’ve been doing that trick but it isn’t working. I don’t understand what’s going on 😫 I’m buying some tablets to run with the deep clean cycle to see if it does the trick

I found that if I put the Downey beads in the washer first then add the clothes it won’t leave the spots on the clothes
I’m going to give that a try & see if I notice a difference. I’ve just been having this issue for so long, even when I stopped using beads for a while. I don’t know what’s going on 😭

@ashleyforbes it'll get there you really broke it completely as if it were a hairline fracture it would have healed already. But my suggestion is when you are cleaning you should wear slippers so you don't risk reinjury
Flies are so gross, we usually put any fish or shrimp in a zip lock and put it in the freezer till trash day, need a note to remind us for sure...
