Seeing that gingerbread house made me realize: you need to build some gingerbread scatter terrain for the holidays.
Gingerbread castle?
That would be cool. Plus half eaten or burnt out gingerbread terrain.

War In Christmas Village mins are great. I am so pleased to see them getting some attention. They are lot of fun to paint.
For what it's worth it, these are good injection-molded plastic. They aren't premium like GW minis, but they are good quality.

Very cool. Initially I thought this was gonna be vid about the hobby's great tradition of repurposing holiday decorations for gaming. Can't tell ya how many snow piles I've repainted &/or flocked to resemble dirt, tar, hey, bushes, or moss etc in my lifetime. This the exact opposite of my expectations which is pleasantly surprising. Those are some very merry minis indeed. What a cast of characters these guys are, awesome. They make great holiday decorations just by themselves.

There's a podcast I listen to called myths and legends that delves into origins of stories, they have an episode on the nutcracker if you wanted to know about it, so instead of sitting down and watching a ballet where if you're doing something else you miss out on stuff you could put it on while doing some other stuff. The narrator does a good job of being entertaining and mixing real world commentary into the actual story.
The female with duck foot is called 'Baba Yaga' from Slavic folklore. Really interesting character in my opinion :)
Hello, the miniature is Pertcha, the Christmas Witch, from Alpine lore.
However, we did design to the mini to easily be substituted for a Baba Yaga, an elder tiefling, or a comical demon/devil of some sorts for other tabletop games.

I was thinking they were going to be cartoony, but they actually look pretty amazing. I especially love the reindeer minotaur.

I considered getting these, i liked the evil gingerbread gang. Last christmas i thought about doing an xmas style board/terrain pieces but wouldnt have had it done in time for xmas, forgot about it, this year the same deal lol.

I love those figures, especially a some of the newer ones that have come out, like the gang of ginger bread men
If you wanted to make it more every season friendly, you could take the star off the Ent and pain the bulbs like pine cones. I do like that a lot of those sculpts are usable in any setting, major downside is the price. $30 for 6 unpainted minis seems a bit pricey to me.

I understand that his estate is being tight with licensing (and I get why)- what I'd love to see is some gamng stuff built around Sir Pterry Pratchett's "Hogfather". Many of those figures would be perfect.

Lol! You could have done it in July if you wanted. Everywhere else seems to throw out holiday items early.
I like how they used some Icelandic folklore characters its so crazy and it fits dnd so well.

These are fun holiday themed miniatures. I have seen some Gingerbread Men miniatures on another channel.
A few years ago my group did a Christmas one shot where Krampus recruited the party to save Santa Claus from a Zombie curse. These miniatures would have come in handy then.

As someone who has worked several Nutcracker shows a year for many years, let me tell you: you aren't missing much.
Fun fact: Nutcracker was a failure when it was first created. It wasn't until the 50s that a ballet company in Utah brought it back, and it became a holiday staple. Unfortunately.

This year, I set up my Precious Moments Christmas figurines, then I thought how wonderful it would be if I could make my own Medieval-themed Christmas village and revisited some of your videos. I'm actually thinking of taking down the Precious Moments and putting up my own (only made a castle and a house so far). These look really cool if you would want a creepier-themed Christmas village! I have the jackalope one! Mostly got it for jackalope to use as proxy, but cowboy makes for a cool tavern patron. A bit manspready because he's meant to be a rider, but them it adds a character too)) Moldlines are easy to smooth out with plastic glue.
Had no idea there were more of those fun and unique minies though. Will look them up!

That cowboy on a Jackalope probably could be use in Draculas America miniature game.
I bought in with these sets right away with their first line and haven't stopped since. He has some great ideas and I absolutely love the characters. they paint up nice too with a couple coats of primer.

I've seen adds for these and have been wanting to buy them for a couple months now, now I just want to buy them more.
I think the first Santa actually looks a bit like a general woodsman. A little work on his hat and the sack of gifts could turn it into a bundle of logs instead maybe.

If I'm right the hag female krampus lady mini is what krampus originated from. She would give silver pieces to good kids in there shoes. But basically disembowel naughty children. Yeah for backstorys.
