- We travel to our next site on our tour of south west England. Stover Caravan Club Site near Newton Abbot. It is right next door to the Stover Country Park so we have a walk round the campsite and then look round the country park in the beautiful late summer sunshine.

It looks like a lovely pleasant walk. Pluss it was nice and level so I could manage that.
We walked a long way round but it’s a place that you can enjoy with several short walks. All pretty level with seats to take a break 😃👍🏻 Trev

This was the last site in the tour. Fortunately we had good weather right to the end. Stover is a really relaxed site and has easy access to Dartmoor too 👍🏻😃 Trev

Looks a nice site and a really good price. We use our onboard services, so don't need a toilet or shower blocks. Going to look this one up next time i'm down there. Thanks for sharing

An old friend who is no longer with us introduced us to this site and the CP. For that reason alone we have special memories and enjoy it. Will definitely go back again 😊 Trev

This looks like a really peaceful and relaxing area to visit. Pony! Glad it wasn't the backside this time lol. Love the boardwalk. Those are some of the best paths to walk. Aw I do love squirrels.

Stover golf course is almost opposite the site and across the roundabout and about 1 mile up the road is Trago Mills which is a large discount store selling just about everything and a large Coop store.
We visited Trago Mills and the Coop. Their fuel is the cheapest in the area too. Didn’t visit the golf club though 😃 Thanks for watching 👍🏻🚐 Trev

How many sites did you stay on during your trip and how long were you away?
We spent 22 nights and stayed at 6 campsites. We had the car so we could explore using the Motorhome as a base just like caravanning. Luckily we had mostly good weather too 😃🚐 Trev
That's a pleasant little site Trev and Sue, and a lovely area. I notice you don't seem to be using the GoPro Trev. Is that because, as most of us using them suffer with, they just freeze and a battery removal is the only way to re-set it? Thanks for sharing. Paul and Suzanne.
I have been disappointed with my GoPro but did use it a couple of weeks ago. It does freeze and it eats batteries. I love the stability and sound is good. It just isn’t a real camera. The time lapse and action shots are fabulous but for me, the Canon wins 90% of the time. Thanks so much for watching and your support with our channel 😃👍🏻 Trev
