- Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel! In today’s episode, I’m going to show you the top 9 beaches we’ve visited in the USVI over the last 4 years. I will divide the list in two, first show you my favorite beaches on St. Thomas, then show you my favorite beaches on St. John. Pack your beach bag, and let’s jump into todays episode!
I'm so grateful that we are able/allowed to travel to the Caribbean. It's a great getaway, and the flight is only 3 hours. I'm excited to hear what you guys think about today's episode, let me know in the comments below! :)
COVID-19 RELATED: Disclaimer: We traveled to St. Thomas in December/January 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. This meant that we all needed a negative covid test before entering the island. But the rules change all the time, so please do your own research before traveling.

I CAN NOT WAIT!! The plan is for a friend and I to be there for our bday in July. Neither one of us have ever been but he and I both wanted a relax scenery and with us being a water sign. We truly love the beach.. I watched all your vlogs for the trip and love this recap.

Make sure you go to Maho bay as well, If you like fishing go with Double header and ask for Tyler, tell him Kellen recommended them. If you scuba dive check out Coki Dive shop, while they don't do too many boat dives walking in from the beach is sooo pretty and its even better on a night dive.

You missed Maho Bay. Maho is known for its turtles and sea life which are amazing. Snorkeling is amazing. Been going to St. Thomas/ St. John for 14 years. and also own a house on St. Thomas.
True! In my St. John day trip video we visit Maho Crossroads, spent a lot of time there and it was so cool! But we did not check out the beach. Love what you are saying, need to check out that beach next time. I figured it was not that good because it was so close to the road. But if you are saying they have massive marine life there, AND turtles, then I have to go next time haha 🤩 Wow, 14 years, you have probably seen so much change upon the years! I feel lucky I got to visit the last 4 years 🤗 Owning a house on St. Thomas would be the dream!

I just left St Thomas and St John arrived back in Dallas yesterday , the beaches and experience was amazing I visited Sapphire Beach , Coki Beach and Trunk Bay , wishing I had more time to cisit the others but in the near future i will re visit .. thanks for making this video it is def accurate ..

Magens is nice bt indeed too crowded at times. I've always enjoyed Trunks Bay. It's so nice and picturesque and I've seen more sea life under water. Though there aren't really any vendors it's best to bring a big ice box with your own food and drinks.
Yes I agree! I love Trunks Bay so much, one of my favorites! And yes, bringing the cooler is always the smartest choice, makes it cheaper too lol 😆

I'm terrified of sea urchins I feel like with my luck I'd step on one on my first day. Cinnamon bay looks gorgeous
Hahah, so yeah stay away from the reef at Saphire Beach then, it was A LOT of the, there. I panicked a little. But yes, didn’t see any sea urchins at Cinnamon Bay!
Hot wax helps when you step on a sea urchin. Idk why, but that's always what we've done on STX
I remember as a kid we would walk along the rocks on magens bay to lil magens. That spot was known as a unofficial nude beach..

I live there and an amazing thing to do is go jet-skiing it’s really fun❤️.

Hi Spurthi! Thanks for taking the time to watch my video! 🤩 So happy you found it helpful. When is your upcoming trip? I used my GoPro when I was filming under water if that is what you meant? For everything else I use mostly my DSLR canon camera.

Yes, there are life guards, which is a good thing.

Yes, I love both too! Magical places 🥰 But no, I have not stayed on St. John, we always rent villas on St. Thomas, but next time we go I think I want to stay on St. John!

What devices do you use for video camera, under water video, and video editing software?
Hi! I use my Canon Rebel T6i as my main camera, then I use the Canon G7 II as my vlog camera, and then I use the GoPro 6 for my underwater footage. And I edit everything inside Adobe Premier Pro! 🤗

I just came back from St Thomas Virgin Islands and We went to Megan’s bae the beach was lovely but by the time we left something had bit us all over our bodies we had 100’s of bites and we been home 2 weeks and we’re all still fightings these bites I probably won’t go back

I'm from Norway, but traveled from New York to the USVI, we had to get a covid test before entering, then you do not need a new test to go back home to the US.
Which beaches have warm or room temperature water ? I really wanna go!!!!
Hard to say, almost all the water have the same temperature! I'm sure you will be fine at either one of the beaches!

@@CamillaJohannesen Next time you go to Coki try the Discover Scuba activity at Coki Dive Center, it's $90 but as someone who scuba dives there on a regular basis I feel comfortable saying that it is one of the best experiences you can do, it is far better than snorkeling.

You are 100% correct 😉
The best beach on Saint John is waterlemon Cay. It's well off the beaten path and has a little hike to get there, it's out at Annaberg Suger Plantation and very worth the trip. I lived in the USVI for nearly 18 years. Trust me on this one. You will need to bring everything you need with you, there are no vendors out there.
Coming beach is the worst beach on St. Thomas, careful you don't get shot. The gangs hang out there.
Magans is a tourist beach, horrible. They now charge you to go out on the beach, ridiculous.
