I used to think that everyone was like me. Always trusting people and believing the best, even when the exact opposite was staring me in the face. I had to break my engagement in 2021! It hurt badly. I was raised in sheltered home. I’m wiser and grateful for the journey. God is perfect
“Look into the mirror more often than not”. That is absolutely true. My ex once told me he knows I’m a good girl but how’s he personally never experienced it. I wasn’t the best person to him and I wasn’t even surprised when he up and married someone else out of the blue. You need to be true to yourself. One of the greatest disservice to oneself is lying to oneself. May God help us.

I think that another mistake good girls make is having subtle pride and not wanting to learn. So because we're blindsided to see where we can go wrong, we often can't accept it when someone brings it up. So good girl, know that you're not perfect in yourself but in Christ. Learn to be open to feedback but also be discerning to know when it's malicious. If something is revealed as a character flaw you might have, take it to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to help you reexamine yourself and give you the grace to change if need be. I'm sure with the help of the Holy Spirit we will do great. Now to the class of 2025, we receive our spouses by grace in Jesus name, Amen ☺️
