Very beautiful. I made myself a needle book several years ago since like you I wanted to do some hand sewing away from my sewing room. I finally decided to make a box zippered pouch and drop my needle book inside as well as a few spools of thread, a thimble and anything else I might need. I made the pouch with a cloth handle on one end. It is also so handy to take in the car if I am going to my granddaughters. She almost always has a stuffed animal that has almost lost an ear or leg and makes it easy for me to stitch up for her. I can also drop it in my bag when I go with my husband to his doctor appointment and do a little hand stitching while there. That was before the virus of course. Very much enjoying you channel. Just found you last couple of days.
