So lovely Kay will love it. Everything is beautiful but the beaded needle case is so very nice. I don’t know what it is about needle books but I just love them. I have some of that corset fabric it’s lovely isn’t it, I just haven’t got round to using mine yet. Nice to see your inspiration has returned I wish mine would. 😊
Yes me too, I love needle books. My first go at one but kept hitting a brick wall, so I know my creativity is not altogether there yet. It did make me get my beads out though, which I had lost interest in. I think we are all burnt out a little but every now and again we find a little spark from somewhere. Oh Mary, where ever did you find that corset fabric??? It is so lovely! Love your Japanese squares too! So “you”! Lol this book is just scrumptious! The spool tassel is just amazing and so beautiful! I found out later that my sister had the same message too. Because of that I have never grieved for him, yet he was my world. I know I will see him again. You got me up and running again, after a loss of mojo. Tried to think outside the box and I particularly enjoyed doing the tatting, crochet and beading. It was as much of a surprise to me because it is nothing at all like the book I had in my head lol. I was pleased with the result but not as happy as seeing your reaction. I mainly do needle tatting Karen. There is a really clear tutorial on Lequetta's channel, Pampered Petals, if you check through her videos. It is easier to tackle than shuttle tatting. Tks for your interest.

Lequetta of Pamperd Petals has a very good tutorial of left handed needle tatting, which is easier than shuttle tatting. I’m sure it is still amongst her videos. Bless you for your kind comments. X

I’m just flabbergasted at how lovely this needle book is. I would love to know how long it took you to make this. The details, oh the details. This is a video I will be watching over and over. I feel sad when I read some of your comments that you weren’t sure if it was good enough, and that you are your own worst critic. I really do wish we could all give that up. I struggle with that also. You have no idea how you touch peoples lives with your creativity and loving care. I wish I knew you and that we could sit and have tea. I think we would laugh quite a bit. We have started trying to call our neighbors to check on them. I finally started decluttering and organizing like a crazy person. Lol

Hello dear friend, happy to see you back on youtube. Oh my word this fabric needle book is stunning. I love the dainty laces and the gorgeous beadwork. Kay will be so in love with this. I just did my first video on youtube today. Its a short one, just a try out. Lenneke visited me today to pick up a dressform i had for her to put in her new house. And she made several thriftstore trips for me collecting beautiful laces, doilies and English books i asked for. I gave her a certain amount of money to spend for me, as she always finds lovely stuff and i cant go myself. We had a lovely day and she made a video of it. Its now on her channel. I have to look for a stand so i can make proper video's and this time in English.lol Please have a look on mine and Lennekes channel, i even mention your name.(Lens Crafty Life) Romy is very sick at the moment and even had to stop breastfeeding wich is very hard to her. But she needs to heal now. I needed this day for myself, but i am thinking of her constantly. I will be over to her tomorrow and have Lexi with me in my house for the weekend so Romy can rest. Carolyn I had completely forgotten that you were interested in a needle case. I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with all sorts of projects so the beading has had to be put to one side. Hello Susan, just to say I hope that you are well. I know that you must still miss your mom such a lot. The day my father died I heard his voice telling me not to worry he was all right. I found out later that my sister had the same message too. Because of that I have never grieved for him, yet he was my world. I know I will see him again. You got me up and running again, after a loss of mojo. Tried to think outside the box and I particularly enjoyed doing the tatting, crochet and beading. It was as much of a surprise to me because it is nothing at all like the book I had in my head lol. I was pleased with the result but not as happy as seeing your reaction. I mainly do needle tatting Karen. There is a really clear tutorial on Lequetta's channel, Pampered Petals, if you check through her videos. It is easier to tackle than shuttle tatting. Tks for your interest.
Mary, you truly are amazing. What a beautiful piece of art. I’m sure Kay will treasure this book. Tatting is so gorgeous, tried to do it once I was a complete failure. Don’t know if I couldn’t reverse the process from what the lady was showing me. I blamed it on being left handed. 😂 Your mind works in such a lovely way. Not only is the book wonderful you filled it with love. Oh and your beading work is outstanding. Mary I see no error in this creation. I hope you are enjoying crafting a little again. Lequetta of Pamperd Petals has a very good tutorial of left handed needle tatting, which is easier than shuttle tatting. I’m sure it is still amongst her videos. Bless you for your kind comments. X

I’m just flabbergasted at how lovely this needle book is. I would love to know how long it took you to make this. The details, oh the details. This is a video I will be watching over and over. I feel sad when I read some of your comments that you weren’t sure if it was good enough, and that you are your own worst critic. I really do wish we could all give that up. I struggle with that also. You have no idea how you touch peoples lives with your creativity and loving care. I wish I knew you and that we could sit and have tea. I think we would laugh quite a bit. We have started trying to call our neighbors to check on them. I finally started decluttering and organizing like a crazy person. Lol

Hello dear friend, happy to see you back on youtube. Oh my word this fabric needle book is stunning. I love the dainty laces and the gorgeous beadwork. Kay will be so in love with this. I just did my first video on youtube today. Its a short one, just a try out. Lenneke visited me today to pick up a dressform i had for her to put in her new house. And she made several thriftstore trips for me collecting beautiful laces, doilies and English books i asked for. I gave her a certain amount of money to spend for me, as she always finds lovely stuff and i cant go myself. We had a lovely day and she made a video of it. Its now on her channel. I have to look for a stand so i can make proper video's and this time in English.lol Please have a look on mine and Lennekes channel, i even mention your name.(Lens Crafty Life) Romy is very sick at the moment and even had to stop breastfeeding wich is very hard to her. But she needs to heal now. I needed this day for myself, but i am thinking of her constantly. I will be over to her tomorrow and have Lexi with me in my house for the weekend so Romy can rest. Carolyn I had completely forgotten that you were interested in a needle case. I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with all sorts of projects so the beading has had to be put to one side.
