I keep coming back to your Foundations Videos, Adriene as I am working on my 200 hour YTT. These are great and the way you teach them make them incredibly accessible to any beginner or even the more experienced yogi looking to revisit the well . . . foundations! Thank you for all you do! Namaste.

Adriene, I have been using your videos since 2018. You're the best yoga TH-camr, no contest. This year I'm a new yoga instructor and have been using your foundations of yoga to guide me as I put together my sequences. I'm so grateful for you.

I absolutelly LOVE the foundations of yoga series! Thank you Adriene for uploading these. I'm a beginner and they help a lot, not only with the postures but with the feel of each one. Most yoga DVDs I own don't really make an effort to make you have an experience and enjoy every posture you practice. These took my yoga experience to a new level!

Hi Adriene. I practice at home and was wondering if you could suggest two or three sequences ranging form short to long to help with stress, build core and help my stomach.

Recently, I strained my right side of abdomen right below the rib cage whilst doing this pose during my yoga class. Whilst viewing this video, I realized my error. It has been a week, it is less sore now, i heard gate pose and forward bending can help in healing.

Fantastic. Thank you. I have recently come across this pose doing a yoga challenge on Instagram. One pose I cannot do and I am struggling with, that was on the challenge was the figure eight pose. Would you consider doing a video on this pose? I love your foundation pose videos. I don't normally worry if I can't do a pose on these challenges as I am newish to yoga and not very strong yet, but I would love to nail this one ;-) x

That would also be interesting and helpful for me! I'm also trying to enjoy the benefits of that one but it's a bit too much for me, but maybe with a foundations video it would be a bit easier to understand how exactly the posture works :) Thanks Adriene!

Maximum mindful movements with metaphors! I love your honey hint; and, if I can say without someone mauling or stinging my post, I know the honey spreading on skin motion from experience and you got it splotch on!

Hi there! I have a question regarding the feet alignment. Is it heel to heel or heel to arch? Thank you! :)

My legs are v developed from cycling so this one wasn't too difficult. Love the stretches on me sides. How else would you move those muscles unless you had some sort of manual job where you were only allowed to move through yoga? That's a silly question btw

Great video again! On a side note, when in the cross-legged position for yoga/meditation I get some discomfort in my knees and sometimes my hips. And if I'm in this position for a while my knees can become quite stiff. Any tips on how to get rid of this?
    Namaste :)
