How to Register as an Architect in COA in (2020)and find enrollment number!

I hope you all are doing well this video explains how to register as an architect in COA.
Points to note -
1.signature scan should be 4 kb
2.photo should be 10 kb
you can sure paint program to reduce size (best way)
3.after you find your enrollment number
give the site at least 10 mins to load your form it will come with basic description already filled and that can not be changed on web site .
you have to do the needed correction on the print out with a cross signature.
4. take color print out of all the document and self attest it.
5. make a dd or do an online payment dont forget to post the dd or payment receipt along with the documents and application form.
6. In few weeks you will get the mail that your registration has been done and the same has been posted .

what are step by step procedures and things required for renewal of my coa licence?
renewal is very simple you have to login with your id and it will show your license status and how much you have to pay !
Hy, Do we have to provide a photo and signature in hard copy with application which would be posted or the uploaded photo and signature that appears on application form would do the work?
And what is the address for postage of application with certificates?

Neither my name, nor my enrollment number is there in the huge PDF also.. What do I do? Batch 2015-2020 Student from TamilNadu.
My batch (1997 born or 1998 born mostly..) data itself isn't there on that list. What do I do then?
open it in adobe and there will be a word search option try that and if even that doesn't works go to your college office and ask they have the list of it !
I have an issue of fees payment receipt ..I will be try to take receipt from coa official site but whenever I try to re sign up than they show me that you are already registered...but I haven't fees payment receipt and I should paying through online that time ..what should I do now please tell me
Call the COA helpline number this happens often .. if you have payment receipt and application id there shouldn't be any problem !!!
Hey, I have being trying this but its saying "I have already registered with this COA enrolment number and its against my mail ID" and my applicant form is not opening .....is there any solution for this?

yes !! you can even crosss check on the coa web site in info ...you can send the self attested copy of your original marksheets !

Call coa office and emaild them they usually reply and they will ask your application number so keep it handy

take a print out attach your birth date proof and correct the date in the form by cancelling the existing date and send the form along with the birth date proof to coa!
Sir, How do we self attest documents ? Should we sign on that ? And Sir, Should i post them my academic transcript and fee receipt ? Enough or should I attach provisional character bonafide etc along with them ?
just sign on the documents and no original document has to be sent ! all copy is needed

The easiest way is to get it from college they will get it for you in 5 mins

You have to send self attested copy of all the marksheet and if it's you college sem marksheet get a duplicate from college!! And keep your marksheets safe 👍

Refresh it or login in again and almost all your info will already be there for any changes you can take a printout do the change and self attest it then and send it with the proving doc to coa.

If you can't find it then contact the College they will get it in minutes and still i will check it out
How to change dob in coa sir plz help
just take the print out of the final registration form and then put the actual date on the dob section and do a cross signature ....but also attach your birth certificate or relevant document with it,proving your dob!

there should be a list for your batch too, if still you don't find just contact your college once.

Hi Saransh, I did my B.tech in Civil. Now can I pursue a Master's in Architecture and get registered as an architect in COA. If yes, from which colleges (India or Abroad) can I pursue a Master's and get registered in COA.
No, You can go for masters after Civil we both deal with structures but our education is very different you might have to give IIA's exam to be a registered architect.

I've filled the registration form but while previewing it my passport size photograph automatically rotated to horizontal and was not getting edited so I continued the form and made payment as well...will my form be rejected for the same?

Is it okay if i dont give birth certificate and caste certificate 'cause i lost it.and i was gotten admission in 2012 on caste reservation. And if i dont give it would it impact on my licence?? Waiting for respone.
Birthcertificate is needed not sure about cast and both can be made again .. but if you have completed your architecture it dosent matters anymore, unless you wanna change your name or birth date on registration.

Your video was really helpful for me.
But my issue is, I haven't renewed my license from past few years as i was into handling my father's business. But now i want to practice as an architect so when i opened my registered mail id, i found huge amount of fine for not renewing my license.
So is there any process to get these fine reduced implemented on me.
Actually this happened with me too and we have to pay that fine its very annoying !! I tried to contact the coa but they had nothing for this!
