    Explanation on the 2.50 point, was very informative, very hard to classify what you got after fracture surgery, stuck ankle, difficulty to dorsiflex and that U shape pain of the heel of feet once cleared of for walking for first time.

    I've been suffering from pain in my lower legs and feet for 8 long years. This video is the only thing I've seen that covers the area where my pain originates! Could a chiropractor help me?

    My God the therapist does the work? Any physical therapy I’ve ever been to they have ME do exercises. I am rarely touched by the therapist.

    could tibial nerve entrapment cause a vibration sensation in the foot? that's what's going on with me and i can't figure out why.

    • @kinetichealthonline
      @kinetichealthonline  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Cam: It is one of the possibilities. Before I could comment on what I think is going on I would have to examine the patient. I suggest seeing a local practitioner for assessment. Cheers

      That's what I'm experiencing, but mine? Starts from the calf and I can feel it going into my ankle. And than I feel tingling and with pins and needles feeling in my toes and under my foot. It's becoming unbearable, and it comes on when I start to walk sometimes. Especially, for a longer time. But the vibration? Is in more in my calf and ankle.

      Hi Penelope: You could see a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, or Osteopathy. The main thing is that they should be trained in treating nerve compression syndromes. Cheers!

      @kinetichealthonline  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Alexander, I do not at the moment. We had to cancel our classes due to COVID, but will be returning to California this next year. In the mean time check out the Active Release site. Just make sure they are certified in lower extremity and nerve entrapment. Cheers

    Hi DR,
    How do I discern between a tibial nerve entrapment and a peroneal nerve one? The area where the nerve pain exists in in lateral compartment (peroneal muscle area of LE) while the aggravating motion is TED: DF and EV of the foot while in a SLR position.

    • @kinetichealthonline
      @kinetichealthonline  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Meghan: A lot of factors in your question without full access to ortho/neuro and imaging tests. I believe you are physiotherapist? You probably have check out the medscape information on lower extremity nerve entrapment syndromes, some great info if you have not. Cheers

    Can you do this if a nerve is currently inflamed? Do you know if you have any practitioners in the San Francisco bay area?

    • @kinetichealthonline
      @kinetichealthonline  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Christian: That would depend on the specific, case. I would have to examine the person before I could make that determination. Unfortunately we do not have anyone in the Bay area yet. We were scheduled to teach some courses pre COVID, and will be returning early next year. In the mean time check out the Active Release site, just make sure they are certified in lower extremity and nerve entrapment. Cheers
