I like this method. I did my 69 Camaro this same way 20 years ago. You can achieve the benefits of a tube chassis car by doing this. Great work, and I really like the kits.
Thank you! When I got mine, I was a bit confused as to how they went together. This' better than ANY damn instruction manual! Thanks guys, awesome products, and excellent customer service! It's Sunday and I've received 2 emails from yall today so far! Thank you so much!! Look forward to installing your front end on my car!
Looking solid. But, don’t you have to have your car on all 4 wheels when you weld in the connectors? So the chassis has the correct natural flex to it. ??
Out of curiousity....... Does that car already have another pair of subframe connectors along the sills? If so ,why are 2 sets needed? [good work by the way!]
They were already welded in there whenever he brought the car originally. They would not technically count as the 2A bars because they're too far outboard
You have a subscriber in SLC. I really like your videos. I watch you guys and it gives me ideas to use on my 92 camaro. I am a framer but I love building cars. I fabricate my own and I do all the mechanics. I just frenched in the hotchkis design subframe connectors. My 96 F150 s engine cracked a head last month so I just went thru an engine and installed it so I was set back a month from working on my camaro. Check out my build builds and subscribe. Thank you !!!!
