Today we discuss whether or not we can manifest a change in our bodies and physical appearance. It’s important to love and accept ourselves no matter what we look like first and foremost, but it’s okay to want change and growth even in our physical bodies. Manifesting a change in our bodies is just like manifesting a change with anything else in our lives, but sometimes it takes a bit to adjust what we think is possible. I’ve for sure been there homies, you’re not alone and in this video I share my personal story with manifesting a physical change in hopes to inspire you!

I always feel, but I have no doubts, I can't believe that your defeat will happen, they made negative opinions, I was pleased, I saw successful experiences, but they did not convince me

also when doing 33x3 if i want a smaller nose after i’m done with those 5 days how long should i take before moving on to longer hair?

There's no set rules, you can start it the next day if you'd like! :)

With manifesting there actually is no best method for anything. How effective a method is depends on how it makes you feel, whatever method allows you to feel and focus on your desire as if it's happening is the best method for you. Whatever feels best!
