by the way, I love that you don't remove when you make mistakes haha as a Spanish speaker making videos in English make me quite nervous to make mistakes and my accent, and see that other people also make mistakes kind of make feel a bit better haha actually fun to add some for people to see that we are all humans :)
I respect that he does that too. Unfortunately - I have a bad stutter due to what's going on in my brain. My mind is constantly racing, a look inside would be like stepping into a fun house with lasers bouncing off the mirrors. The raw takes on my videos are unwatchable. Austin presents himself incredibly well!
Thank you, I leave it in because I dont want to be seen as the untouchable figure because Im truly just a human that makes a lot of mistakes like anyone else. Also when people create their own stuff and mess up they will know its not a big deal!
@@ShawnShaman Hi Shawn im super sorry to hear that but do think you should still create and make tutorials, their is a teacher for everyone and someone out there needs you perspective!
This is fantastic Austen. Great work. All your videos are excellent. Your processes are so great to learn from and your personable and humble attitude is really refreshing.
yes man u nailed it.......awesome video once again.nice music selection as well. i request you to make a video on sound reverb and those climax sound....which gives the thrill
Ur a huge inspiration, Austen. The only thing ur missing for a future video is real ice. Maybe the people in this group have simply developed a better eye for this stuff where a layman wouldn't notice, but I think putting up with real ice would bring it to a whole new level. Amazing cinematography. You are right in that you don't need Daniel Schiffer movements to pull off professional grade cinematography. Good lighting, clean cuts, and good story telling is what will sell a video.
Great stuff as usual Austen! I have those ice cubes too, hate them with a passion! I wish they made more realistic looking ones. Anyway, awesome location, clean edit, love it!
Austen Paul Yes, I got some smaller crushed ice type ones from Aliexpress, cheap as peanuts. The crazy expensive ones are just different sizes, I don’t think they have the murky ice look natural ice has though. I’ll be on the lookout too, thanks for the film!
Come on, dude! You're channel is incredible. Keep going (please), we need you LOL. A million of subscribers is not far considering the quality of your content and the valuable information you share to us. This weekend i'm going to shoot a local beer comercial (from here Rio de Janeiro) just for fun. I bougth some nice bottles to photograph (and drink of course) and post on instagram, but i'll give it a try to be outside my confort zone and make a video too. Hope it'll live up to everything i've been learning here. Thanks a lot my friend
all your stuff is awesome man. super stoked i found your channel. any chance you could do a video on how you color grade your footage? i never know where to start
Good content ! very educational. Just a suggestion: Would like to see more professional And crazy tricks, more like the boom chick pop popcorn commercial. Love that style
Lighting is everything !! I love the honesty in your videos, leaving the outtakes in is genius :D it's kinda like refrac...refac... refracted light :D brilliant! I love that you use lense caps and paper towels, I used a white covid face mask the other day to diffuse an Aputure M9 :D it's all about what you have around at your disposal and how your mind thinks. Thumbs up "ding"
BRUH... you are gonna blow the FUCC up real quick. Inhaling your content, amazing stuff! Appreciate you incredible effort(s) and free knowledge sharing!
really enjoyed and learned a lot from this video Austen! and I agree about what you said about being simple and not getting crazy everytime. I'm mind blown by how many lights you used on that 1st scene!! makes me think I'm too lazy haha will you have a tutorial on how to get clients as well?
Really dope video! How can it be that your aren't shooting in s-log, especially now when you are going for a specific look? I mean, isn't easier in post to achieve your specific theme in color grading, when shooting in s-log? Btw, the final result was fire!
I love the look of the final product! These types of BTS are really really helpful! I was just wondering what you use to stabilize your footage? Is it the combo of 60fps into 25fps with a warp stabilizer? Or something else?
Learning a lot from these tutorials man, great work! Are you working on these projects solely for youtube or are these paying clients? It would be great to understand how price these shoots!
Nice work. Love your product videos. Only thing is that the water seemed a bit too much. Maybe a little less water on the top of the barrel. FUnny so much water made me think the Diatillery had a bad leask somewhere. :)
In my country, most of business social media does not have a specific style or identity. They just put everything, tell everything and sell everything. So when I ask about video ads or marketing they just want the video awesome, trending and selling also cheap payment. Most of them.

Beatiful with just creativity and camera work, old fashion jajajaja your dad and my dad should be friends, mine says exactly the same thing to me.

Ben Cruz 4k all day
Austen Paul nice! My old mac cant even process those 800mb/s mjpeg files lol.
Do you talk about pricing in your course? Like how much should you charge for product videos?
I do!
what editor do you use?
Premiere
You inspire me to get into film making. I want to turn it into my fulltime job from home.
Any tips? Where and what did you study?
Every video is quality, great job! wondering how much would they pay for this commercial...
I would start my price from 3,000 and up depending on what the client needs
My next video will be somewhat of a comercial lolo.. just finished making my Whiskey Dispenser. thanks for the ideas
Excuse me, you use C- Log?
No I do not use c log

Hey so it’s about 50/50 hard to explain without a long text but I do make money indirectly from potential clients seeing these pieces of work.
