I found your channel today. Thank you for sharing your experience with autism. My son was diagnosed with autism level 3 just before he turned 3. He has been very late motor skills (started walking at 20 months), started talking fairly recently, has difficulty with food and sleep, still uses diapers. You have such a wonderful family! That’s great that you help each other and support Ezra and Simon! I read that people with autism form tolerance towards loud sounds if they are exposed often enough, so if that hypothesis is true, crowds and sounds are beneficial for your sons’ development. I just found out that my only son is on the spectrum, I was devastated in the beginning, but then I watched your family and realized that every person is unique and we can not judge people if they behave “strangely” because we are all different, we should accept and respect each other. Is the sound, that you comment about Ezra making, a happy/excited sound, or, i do not know what to call it, but if there is a noise or sound i cannot handle, i will make a sound similar to the one Ezra is making, in an attempt to block the noise out? So i am just curious which it is for him?
Congrats 🎉🎉🎉. We don’t eat out really. A couple of weeks ago I ate out with my Son and family for my Dads birthday. My husband was sick. My family helped a bit but I really fond it difficult. At least there was a playground. I brought a sandwich from home which he ate because he didn’t wanted the restaurant food. He ate the candy from the ordered food. And his ordered drink I out in a cup with a straw. (Hope my engrich 😮 isn’t too bad 😂.🤪) The most important is that you and the kids had fun.

I have my three-year-old grandson who I don't see very often. They seem alive but not as much as a brother.
Ezra probably did what he did toward the beginning of the video as a way of calming himself in a noisy environment. When the SAP crystals in a modern disposable absorb liquid they expand and they can apply a certain amount of pressure that can be calming in certain situations. I used to remember disposables as being paper and plastic back in the day but I was mistaken. It’s possible that maybe a few inexpensive store-brand products might have been made that way, though. It turns out that the Pampers that I wore until the early 1980s when I was in preschool (almost kindergarten) had a fluid-repelling top sheet sort of like today’s products (the ones back then had sort of a paper-like feel). Below the top sheet the absorbent material was wood pulp. This would expand and apply some pressure to the area but not as much as the superabsorbent polymers of the late 1980s and later would do. I remember some of this from my own childhood. As you phase out the diapers with Ezra over time you could try alternatives like weighted blankets that might provide a similar pressure but the experience won’t be perfect because the warmth (from the liquid) and the bean-bag-like feel (from the wet SAP crystals (with most products) or wet wood pulp (with a smaller number of products)) can be difficult to replicate. You may find a creative solution to this in time, though.
I could relate to Simon because I was also diagnosed with autism at a young age, I have specific foods that I do not like if it is like the texture or smell or taste
I’m autistic aswell and I have an elephant stuffed animal as a stimmer and comforter for home I was diagnosed with level 1 autism around a year ago now and a couple months ago they said I had level 2/3 Loads of stress the past couple years 😅 Love from Jack❤
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s amazing how comfort items like your elephant can make such a difference-stimming and having that sense of familiarity and calm at home is so important. It sounds like you’ve been navigating a lot of changes recently, and I hope you’re finding moments of peace amidst all the stress. Your journey is inspiring, and it’s a reminder that everyone’s path is unique. Sending lots of support your way! 💙🐘
5:21 he’s making that noise bc he is probably overwhelmed, hungry or upset. Autistic people like me can’t handle loud and overwhelming places like restaurants and sometimes need a break. I know you mentioned that he has a hard time eating but i think you should introduce him to new foods and get him more used to eating.
When I go to a restaurant with autism. I don’t usually spill something or grab it or tip off a plate of food. But i do get overwhelmed with social interactions so i sometimes bite the person beside me. I feel bad for them 😭. maybe once in a while i just like moving the plate and ill make it tip. Im also very sensitive to texture and noise. So if something has avocado i will only eat a bit because avocados creamy texture i hate and i would rather get the same thing without avocado if it was an option.
Also I accidentally hit some people when I hand flap (its my stim) and I sometimes dont like talking a lot because i have trouble with speaking. Sometimes im rude without knowing and thought it was polite. or sometimes i just cant say what i was meant to say. like i would repeat the word so many times trying to find the next word. or I would pause at random times and I use so many filler words so often between every 1-5 words i say uh/um. Im afraid of being rude to the waiter or something. and i need some more time to process things so thats another thing.😊
You know, I live in the little Crown town in Massachusetts and this is a couple streets with people haven't used it. High beams cause there's no street lights and I can't eyes are so blurry. I wanna say something but I had to get my eyes to calm down. Cause my eyes hurt and I wear sunglasses. When people use it high beams and I still can't see. It's very blurry, I'll tell you about what happened to my eyesight
I don’t know if Ezra would throw them off but you could try the loop earbuds because I can see that he has a really hard time with sound it’s just a suggestion Also when Ezra spilled the lemonade you were so patient with him

I think being obsessed with stickers on tables and the like is common when you’re on the spectrum. For example, when I was around the same age that Ezra is here (I was level two then, I’m currently level one) there was a table in my home room classroom that had something like wallpaper on it that was used for projects that involved using paint or glue (for example) and one day the teacher had me stand in the hallway because I was trying to peel the paper off the table when I noticed a small area of the paper that was sticking up. I did that maybe three or four times before the teacher told me to stand outside. I think this is probably specifically an autism thing not an ADD thing because they thought I had ADD back then (during the 1980s) and that was eventually ruled out in my case.
I have this video on my watching a few videos. And I can't see nothing so I have it on my TV. My TV just blue out and I got it in February for my birthdand I had to switch t see nothing. For my birthday

@@7Aheadfamily Yeah, the kids eat a lot. Cheesecake. I try to keep Ivan, it's happy, but he can't really have that stuff. Cause hes lacked toast and tolerant. But you aint good, and he has been eating lately. He hasn't been these just been pushing in. And he has a big appetite.
I was at the hospital all night with Ivan, and my son has a little bit of a seizure. And they always thought he was had epilepsy. You know, they kept on tests of epilepsy, but it's not epilepic seizure. And it's scary when he has seizures. Because he gets so dizzy and he falls. He didn't fall this time, but he had one standing up. And it was very scary just fell on as a bomb and hes lacked post and tolerant. I think hes lacked post and torrent send wife pills and lack toast and tolerant. But I don't care what the best stop caring. Because I wanna be around for my sons. It's very hard. But we go a better life coming ahead. We're going to Florida, there's a few places. Utah didlock a new tire. But it's slow to expensive cause I need a good climate for coy. They said a good climate will be good for his muscles. What vivin Ivan is my favorite like hes with me all the time hes by my side all the time I watch out pimp like you know, his twin brother, hes off doing his own thing already. Hes just get a lot of trouble. He doesn't use this a lot of language. Hes not supposed to express you with my grandson. I love those kids so much. Don't consider everyone in my wife if anything ever happened to Ivan. I don't know if i'd be able to take it.😢😢
@7Aheadfamily I'm gonna have to give him some encouragement if hes up even if hes not up, I'll show it to him in the morning. Will probably be with my grandson. Hes my Grandma and I'm gonna have my grandson tomorrow night too. Ben might be home. I want Ben to come home. Cause I want to seek them. Cause I haven't been spending a lot of time with him. Ben might be here, too, Koi. He wants to live with my sister for a little while. And I'm gonna let him have a little vacation. I'll go see him everyday at Mike. You know it's hard to be away from boy but I love my tattoo man phone on his phone all the time. He just mad at me when I call him. Cause he gets along with my niece's friends. Couple of more boys in there funny together. They are all like a month apart
My son will not talk to me. Hes mad at me because he lives in Oregon and they think that my 1 year old grandson's autistic end to hes mad at me because I was nervous there for him because I was I task cross-country. I never want to go see them because I didn't have the money. Then I had younger kids living with me. Hes like 21 year old son. Who's living with me right now? I raise him, but hes mad at me. Cause I'm always with Ivan and Ben, but not him. Hes mad at my little baby brothers. Cause you're autistic and it's like I'm done like I leave him alone I won't calm but I'm gonna want to see my grandson spray my heart so bad. I told him be mad at me not your baby brothers
That is a good question. We have tried sitting him in a regular chair sometimes at home at dinner, but he won't last long. He'll get really excited and grab people's food and push off people's plates. So we will keep trying and helping him learn.
Marie is very much a girly girl. She loves to paint her nails and has her crushes on boys. She also has two older brothers who give her their hand-me-down clothes and she finds them comfortable.
From our experience, autism is so Ergo g that you are born with a d doesn’t go away, with that being said, since it is such a broad spectrum, there are more high functioning and mildly autistic people out there that might not seem that they have autism to those around them, and they have learned how to mask and suppress their autistic traits. But if you talk to them one on one, they still say that they are autistic. Our son Ezra is learning how to communicate and that is our focus with him. We want him to have the most independent life possible. But we are still working on functional skills, such as potty training, and saying yes and no.
Why do you all talk 2 them like babies? It's food not num nums, I've heard Simon say food so why aren't you all?? Don't you want there speech 2 improve..
No, it makes it hurts my feelings. Because it seems like you were sad. When those people moved asked to be moved, let those people be snappy and unappreciated what you have to go through. Because we go through a little lot. And my kids say something you know. I let coy say what he wants to. People who let's stand around him cause he just stayed at a lot because hes in a wheelchair. Cause you just sound like you were sad like go I hope that never happens again well, it happens all the time here and I don't care you know, I say something one of my family members say something because we go out with a bunch of people we go out with at least 20 people the most. A 100 function rooms go to funk. Get a function room, so you feel safe.❤ People can be so d*** hateful it p***** me off. Especially a little kid with a disability. I'd say hi to him right away and stop playing with him. Like, say hi to them, you know, like, go right up to him. If I set near him.

@@7Aheadfamily Yes, but I couldn't connect. Probably that's because access is prohibited from some countries or regions outside US.
If ots a buffet why can't Simon get more food if he wants it. You paid 4 it, so eat as much as you want, rite?
Yeah. We let them eat as much as they wanted. ❤️😊❤️
Weird question: what editing software do you use?

We're taking the kids to the cheesecake. Facthey love the cheesecake factory. They haven't been in a while
I love cheesecake! -Holly
Oh. We wish you guys the best. ❤️😊❤️
I don't know if i'd be able to take it.😢😢
I hope he can heal fast too. ❤️
Which restaurant wS this?
Tucanos
Ivan might be up when you go live
Hope so. it'll be tomorrow at 10:00 AM MST. See you then!
Hopefully. Thank you for sharing. ❤️😊💜😊❤️
I might have used to say hi to my son's. But then again, I have something to tell you. I would like to you to think about it. I'll ask you tomorrow.
Ok
I'm just curious but why does Ezra sits in a highchair but Simon does not? Sry if I'm asking this. Also congrats on 10k+ subs
Ezra sits in a high chair because he won’t sit in a typical chair for long enough to feed him, while Simon will. ❤️ Thank you so much for asking! 😊
@@7Aheadfamily Np! Also thx for answering me 💗
You’re welcome! ❤️😊❤️

I’m sorry to here that. Hopefully you guys can become good friends again! ❤️😊❤️
It is so overwhemingly loud.
It is. ❤️
I like to eat at harvester
Oh cool. We’ll have to check that place out sometime. ❤️😊❤️
I like to eat fries and cheese and pasta and even bread
That sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing ❤️
@@7Aheadfamily It’s ok!
❤️❤️❤️
I want to show you a picture of Ivan but this scanner is old
Oh ok. Thank you for watching! ❤️
Woops guess you're celebrating 11,000 😅
Yeah. Thank you guys so much! ❤️😊❤️
how much longer will ezra sit in a highchair
That is a good question. We have tried sitting him in a regular chair sometimes at home at dinner, but he won't last long. He'll get really excited and grab people's food and push off people's plates. So we will keep trying and helping him learn.
when will ezra start eating on his own
Hopefully he will eventually. ❤️😊❤️
will simon go to an autism elementary or a normal elementary
We actually have the choice here. But we aren’t sure yet. It depends on how well he does in his preschool. Thank you for asking! 😊😊😊

Question, why is Mari in boy clothes?
Marie is very much a girly girl. She loves to paint her nails and has her crushes on boys. She also has two older brothers who give her their hand-me-down clothes and she finds them comfortable.
They are blue. Is that what you’re referring too? The color?
Also, I won't let her wear short shorts! ❤️
Is autism curable
From our experience, autism is so
Ergo g that you are born with a d doesn’t go away, with that being said, since it is such a broad spectrum, there are more high functioning and mildly autistic people out there that might not seem that they have autism to those around them, and they have learned how to mask and suppress their autistic traits.
That is a fair point. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
People can be really unkind sometimes.
