I regret not buying a house 5 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta prices seemed more reasonable then, now everything seems out of reach and inflated not to mention interest rates.
Move to California, this is where homes are inflated. The homes here are out of my reach as the reason I'm moving to Georgia to purchase home as soon as I arrive. The homes in Georgia are beautiful with nice neighborhood and the asking price is much less, way less a couple of million dollars less 😢( yep, true story) This particular home is a No for me because I'm looking for brick home with finished basement and eye catching backyard with deck preferably covered , pool . In another video I viewed the home had a waterfall in the backyard, amazing. That home was saved to my email for future reference The so called million dollar homes here in California is embarrassing, not with mentioning, so I won't Looking for forever home that represents my journey of being able to afford million dollar home. Can afford mortgage up to $ 6000.00 month. Haven't done the math on million dollar home 😅 Unfortunately I struggled to become RN , although I thank god I made it, eventually. Looking for relaxing, beautiful home in nice neighborhood with all the bells and whistles.
That why there now on youtube to able to sell a million dollar houses. ....Nobody able afford to get expensive houses anymore because you will die before to trying pay off many years.. Its sad !!
What a beauty !! I love the upstairs family room. Perfect for toys kid room too. Keep the mess upstairs!! lol. I would make the butlers room be an office. Really enjoyed this ❤❤
This is a very nice home but I do think it’s overpriced. The details are nice but nothing worth over $1,000,000. Maybe if it had a full, finished basement that would help.

Honestly, the price is way too highs the house doesn’t match the asking price. No basement, no actual living room. I like the kitchen and yard space.
