Very informative but the Presenter has to be trained better in Communication tutoring. He talks too fast .

There is a handy button that allows you to slow down the playback speed. Mine is next to the closed caption button in the upper right of my screen.

Well I am 74 and have had HBP for 40 years.
SALT increase or decrease has never made ANY difference.
Latest is that my GP still spouts the low salt thing but my bloods show I am LOW in sodium.
