Your nails will never last 4 weeks if you use this method. Sticky tabs are for short term use aka a couple of days. I bet this method will make them last 2 or 3 days instead of 1. Now if you do all of these steps and glue your nails they can stay for a month or more but sticky tabs will not last that long.
