    Are there any plans to expand the lessons on electrical routing?
    1) Working with the library - adding connectors, wires and cables.
    2) How best to work with multi-pin connectors (10-50 contacts) - this is interesting to see! 3) How to create and effectively use various insulation with specification.

      1. The video in the link below on this subject may be of use to you. You can add electrical components in the same logic.

      2. You can use multi-pin connectors quickly by adding them to the library. Add C Point as in the video above, determine the cable properties and add it to the library.
      3. You can add the insulations after wiring. This can be a little annoying. Solidworks users therefore do not want to add insulation.
      4. You don't always need to add virtual clips for the route. You can add Axis to the appropriate places on the route, and then select these Axis during cabling.
      I hope I understood the questions correctly.
      Seeing some topics on the example is an easier way to understand the problem correctly. For this reason, you can detail your questions by sending a picture or video to the e-mail address below. Maybe we can collect these topics and create a hint video.

      PS Of course, I heard about the SolidWorks Electrical module. Unfortunately, it will take even more time to learn it than Electrical Routing. I am primarily an MCAD designer, so learning an ECAD program will distract me from my main job. And my fellow circuit engineers design circuits in Altium Designer. I decided for myself that using the Electrical Routing module would be the best compromise!

      Welcome bro. It's been a long time 😅. Since cable bundles have a complex structure, cable assembly is carried out by reading the connection elements and intermediate elements connected to the cables from the technical drawing. Additionally, this information can be used in electrical installation maintenance. And of course, the cable lengths are taken from here and the necessary procedures are carried out. As far as I know, these may be used for other purposes as well. 🖐️

      @viralparmar9889 Flatten route is the unfolded version of the cabling you made. If you want to add or remove a component, you should do so in the wiring study you have prepared.

    How to add more wire

      You can edit the file "C:Program Data>Solidworks>Solidworks 20xx > design library > routing > electrical > cable.xml". You can add wire or cable by opening this file with notepad++ application.

      If the route you are talking about is a body, yes, but if it is an feature, no, you cannot move it.

    Hi I want to change the name of flattern route in tree. It directly taking
    Custom name with special character. I want to rename it without special character can you help me.
    Also i want to know how we can go back from flattrouting to main drawing assembly.

      After the flattening process, you can rename the feature named "...FlattenedRoute" in the feature tree by right-clicking on it.
      The flattening process you created has been added to your assembly as a configuration. You can switch to normal (Spline) state at any time. (In the feature tree > at the top > configurationmanager tab)

      2- For change in name whenever i tried to change name from tree
      I was not able to do it because in saving time i was saving this as internal part
      Then i save in external then it work for me.
