  • Roasted potatoes are a great side for any occasion, especially during BBQ season!

    Roasted Potatoes
    Ingredients:
    1 lbs Small Creamer Potatoes
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    ¾ tsp Granulated Onion
    ½ tsp Granulated Garlic
    ½ tsp Kosher Salt
    ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
    ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
    ¼ tsp Dried Italian Herbs
    Preparation:
    Preheat the oven to 400F or 200C and wash your potatoes under cool water.
    Cut the potatoes in half and place them into a bowl. Add the oil and seasonings, then mix well until all the potatoes are seasoned.
    Place the potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I liked to place the potatoes on the sheet face down so they can get caramelized. Place the sheet into the oven and set a timer for 20 mins
    After 20 mins have passed, check to see if the potatoes are done by poking them with a fork. If the fork goes in easily with little to no give then the potatoes are done. If not, the potatoes aren't done and need a little more time in the oven.
    Once the potatoes are finished baking, let them cool for 5 mins and then enjoy.
