I love my G310GS. I've had it almost three years and have done all of the maintenance myself. It's a relatively easy bike to maintain although the air filter is a bit difficult to access and an inexpensive tool is used to pull the coil pack to access the spark plug. I believe the G310GS will be easy to repair but my bike has needed no repairs. It's been 100% reliable.
@@revzzrider - I hadn't heard that. Thanks for the info. My G310GS is a 2019, before it was ride by wire. My baby GS uses a conventional throttle cable that I presume isn't susceptible to rain issues. I park the bike indoors and seldom ride in the rain, so I wouldn't see the problem either way.
@@mamlukavlogs6353 - I haven't adjusted the valves yet, but will soon. The valve adjustment, new spark plug and air filter are due at 12,000 miles and my 310GS currently has 8200 miles. I'm a couple of weeks overdue for the minor service (oil change, etc.) so I'll do that this week. I'll probably do the major service next year. We just got a BMW Motorrad dealer in my town. Yesterday was the grand opening and I dropped by. They're building a service center and should have a BMW certified mechanic so I might pay them to do the major service next year, but probably not. I almost always do my own wrenching, and that definitely includes maintenance.
I bought mine in April and it's been a thrilling experience, it out performed my expectations. I was deployed for Amarnath yatra 23 and it was an amazing experience with my GS. I just finished my tour of Manikaran from Srinagar and it again out performed in those roads and the fuel efficiency shocked me. I have the same Denali Aux lights and they are a must for mountains.
Bro if a guy is earning from around 45-50k per month in India then is it okay to buy this bike ? Considering all the maintenance, services and other charges put on to keep the bike running throughout the year ?
Binoj & Srijith arranged me a Wunderlich risers for my GS. Although auditing was in progress that afternoon, Rakesh & Srijith were very helpful with their big hearts ❤
If someone is earning about ₹45-50k per month then is it a wise decision to buy this bike considering all the maintenance, services and other charges put in to keep the bike fit and running throughout the year ? Please I need an honest advice 😊
I wish BMW would make a G310GS Adventure version with a 5 gallon (19 liter) fuel tank, tubeless spoke wheels, aluminum bash plate, engine protection bars, and rebound and preload adjustment on the front and rear suspension. For me, the fuel capacity is my only real complaint because there is no after market upgrade available.
@@USAMAXI42069 - Many of us would gladly pay $8000 for a small lightweight ADV bike that's good off road but with enough power to ride on the highway when needed. The problem is, the bike manufacturers want us to pay $10K to $15K for a mid-size ADV pig that's good on the highway but too heavy to use effectively off road, particularly for older, smaller or weaker riders. The problem is the big motorcycle companies protecting their existing product lines.

Plzz don't neutralize the positives and negatives of the bike because after watching your video I feel confused on whether to buy that bike or not. Please do tell negatives and positives of the bike separately because I watched almost all of your video So I'm telling you bro your content is very good but you have to take stand on way of telling information 🙏 keep going 🤩
I bought a 2018 a couple years ago and have put over 5000 miles on it. Mostly highway with some forest service roads and ranch roads here and there. The 310gs is buzzy at 70mph with the stock 16T front sprocket. I put a 17T on the front and it calmed the bike way down. I also have a 15T when I want to go up to Pagosa and hit mountain roads, 4x4 tracks. The stock setup is fine for around town and zipping around the county on backroads. The 17T just makes cruising at 70-75 mph not feel like the piston is going to fly out of the engine. The bike is light and very responsive, gets about 70+ mpg on trips from San Antonio area to Houston. I use Motul 7100 and it seems to keep the shifting pretty smooth but it is a little clunky to shift anyways. Don’t expect Yamaha smooth gear box. The bike sits tall and you can buy a lowering link which I liked very much but had to take off when I put on the 17T sprocket. Very reliable and has plenty of power for a 310cc. TVS, the Indian maker, has a pretty good reputation for reliability. If you want a around town bike that can take you moto-camping, run errands around town or cruise the county roads on…I actually highly recommend it. People will come up and ask me about it every time I stop. If you want a touring bike to go on several thousand mile trips on, I would choose something else.

Props to Lavish for modyfying his bike to look like the bigger GS. Does he have a YT channel?
If BMW 310 RR can get a lcd/led instrument cluster then why is BMW 310 GS still getting the dated one?
did he take a lower height seat accessory over the factory?
I liked the graphics. From where you got this graphics?
