Hey Joji You skipped some books solely based off the snapshot. I understand your reasoning you explained it perfectly. Would you recommend doing the same for regular bookmine or the 6 month snapshot is not enough info to go off. I currently look at every book on bookmine before writing if off as a dud.
@@fxsteff95 Hey Jeff. I always like skipping around and doing my initial impression simply off of the keepa chart. I do that for both BookMine and BookMine Explorer!
Hey joji.. do you have any idea why all of my orders are suddenly going to "deferred transactions"? This just recently started happening and i'm wondering why they're holding my payments for so long.
Hey! It just means that Amazon has allowed that particular customer to pay you over time rather than all at once. They do this to convert more sales. Often people don't have enough money (or want to) to pay all at once.
what can you do when customers return textbooks like within the same week of delivery? I'm currently at 3 returns this week and the reason is "no longer need". It's suspicious having as many returns in the same week as the last 3 months. Do they just order them to get something they need out of the book and return it after? It's frustrating as I'm doing FBM and I'm trying really hard to ship them the same day, my delivery time is well below Amazon's estimate.
Sell them fba, so Amazon can handle the returns for you and not affect your rating, and check your shipping times are to the longest which I think now is 1 business day if doing fbm
Thank you!!!!!
@@SaigeHarris808 you’re welcome!

Is bookmine explorer included with bookmine or is it a separate service?
@@jcruz8323 included!
