The pasting to paint is a very good way to illustrate and teach newer viewers, very good video well done Joji! I would continue doing it if I was you, if it's distracting anyone they can always slow the video down or rewatch it, I think it's always best to be able to use a chalk board, white board and in this case paint! :)
I think you're a little behind about Cokes and soft drinks. Here in cheap (comparatively) Alabama, a 20-oz drink even at Walmart is now $2.49, $2.99 at many other stores. Lol, I'd love to still be able to find one for $1.50.
Keepa product finder. Under used buy box, you would just need to have the current or 30 day used buy box average be less than the 90 and/or 180 used buy box average.
Hi Joji, I've been learning a lot watching your vids. Do you only use the used price as the gauge to price your books if you intend to sell them back as used seller (without being an FBA/FBM)? What if I'm a Prime FBA seller? Do I then use the FBA/FBM or Amazon button to determine the price? This is where I get lost. I hope my question makes sense too. Thank you!!!
Think of the black line representing the market value. This is what people are willing to sell the book to you at. As an FBA seller you do have a competitive advantage, which means you can often price higher (5%, 15%, 25%, or more -- it depends on the type of book and it's sell through velocity -- you'll learn that over time as you sell books). Most importantly, I price based on historical sales. I don't care if the book was listed for $200 if it has only ever sold for $50. I only care that it has sold for around $50 and will price accordingly. Similarly, just because a book is $20 right now doesn't mean I'll price it at $20 if I see the book historically sells for $50. I'm always pricing based on what I think the book's inherent worth is.
Yes I like the screen shot 👍
Sounds good! Thanks! :)

Inflation! Lol
Hey Joji! If I wanted to filter my Keepa search to a decreasing buy box, how would I filter that ?

How do you know that first book was counterfeit?Thank you.
I've just looked at that book a few times and I think I remember it being counterfeit likely when I ran it through Booksrun counterfeit checker.
@@jojidavenport Thank you for always replying and please keep the Keepa vids coming Joji.
With all these textbooks how do u deal with potential counterfeits?
You can check it in BooksRun to check if your book that you are selling is counterfeit.....But be careful on the books that have IP claims
