It shows wisdom and pure beautiful inside and out. I’m glad you clarified what overtone is. I used the rose gold one for a year (you can see it in my profile picture). I loved it and I might get back into it later on when I can afford it.

I have been transitioning my hair for 6 months and even with the blond it has been tough. I have been having fun using Overtone in silver, lavender, and rose gold. I really want to try Overtone!what a difference you had - even though on video you really didn’t have a lot of yellow - but the comparison between the sides you tested versus the back! Wow!
Hi Leslie, actually I do have a lot of yellow in real life. Especially when I do a ponytail and that is because of the heating tools that I like to use. Overtone, silver pastel, is the only toner that neutralizes the yellow for me.
Hello Lisa, Thank you for your video. I m preparing myself for the day when most of my hair would be gray and at that time your video will comes handy. Must say I admire your hair as much as I admire your bracelet. Could you tell where did you buy this? Love 💗 from Europe.
It looks great! So glad to see one of your videos again. I watched your whole transition when I first started mine and found them very encouraging. I'm not 8 months into my cold turkey transition and still going strong.
This is three year ago You are so much fun I’m old enough to be your mom ..I will definitely try Overtone I’m watching binge watching on your videos. And yes let my hair find itself The journey took about 3 plus years which included some serious trimming to get off old mistakes My mother asked me a few years ago before every 20 and 30 something was trying to go silver grey etc “Why are you flaunting your grey hair” She’s over 100 and dyes hers I told her mama “imitation is the highest form of flattery”
I use these types of products to keep my highlights fresh. When I go grey, or, start seeing other signs of ageing for that matter, I hope to embrace them as well as you have. You have aged very gracefully and you have a natural beauty and charm to you, and I can still see the 25 year old glistening behind your smiling eyes.
Thank you for this video! I’ve been wondering how Overtone silver would look on my gray hair. My “younger hair” was a medium- dark brown and the remaining strands in the underside tends to look brassy next to my silver. You gave me courage to go for it. 😁
Glad it was helpful! However Overtone will only neutralize the brassy of the hair. It won't make your medium dark brown hair grey, right? I use Overtone once a month and that is if I remember, lol.
Oh so beautiful! You look amazing. It looks "natural" and you are happy with it so I think many of the people who criticize you are actually jealous of your beauty and vivaciousness. I think I'll try it. What matters to me is what I think about myself and how it makes me feel. Yes, I want my husband to be proud of how I look but I have found that happens when I myself am confident and happy. So glad to see you back on TH-cam ❤️. BTW, I love love love your bracelets. Want to share where you got them? I appreciate your elegance so please keep sharing your life with us as much as pleases you.
So glad you are back! My daughter gave me the same product for Mother's day in May. I used once on my white hair and it did turn it slightly lavendar. Maybe I will try again on wet hair.
Now that I truly see what this great over tone does ...I’m continuing my transition then i will be using Grey silver overtone ! Less trouble then dying My hair dark to hide hide my silver , it’s so beautiful I can feel now you truly truly love your hair ! So beautiful! and the over tone make silver more amazing ! , it’s all vegan , chemical free dye free if I’m not mistaken .. Mais toi ma belle Elisa , tu m’as convaincu , je continue ma transition! Merci pour ce video encourageant et plein de belle énergie , tu est inspirante 🌪 🖤

looks great! i find my straightners tend to make my grey yellow even though i use blue shampoo, will try overtone or what ever make i can find here, thank you for sharing .
Make sure to clarify your hair... it will help remove minerals and leftover hair products in your hair so when the heat is put on it, your hair won't yellow - and make sure the heat on your tools isn't too high!

Good job! Your hair looks fantastic. I currently use Pravana the same way you used Overtone. The only difference might be the smell. I might try Overtone if it’s comparable in price. Thanks for the video. 😊🤗❤️
I think Pravana is dye. Overtone is not. It was developed by two women who were dying their hair fantasy colors, like with Pravana, and we're frustrated with how fast it faded.
I understood it wasn’t dye as it doesn’t affect my natural colours. It’s a toner. It only turns the brassy hair a darker shade. I used silver through my transition. Thanks for your reply. I’m still thinking of trying the overtone brand to compare.
@@lorifromedmonton4212 Are you using Pravana Chromsilk express toner? If so how long does it last? When I had toner applied at salon during transition to gray, it only lasted about 3 shampoos. I was so frustrated with this. That is when I decided to try Overtone - which in spite of the name is not toner (nor dye). Overtone has two products: Deep Treatment (what Eliza used) and Daily Conditioner. Both have pigment, but Deep Treatment has a lot more. It is used as often as needed. Daily Conditioner is used to keep up color and can be used every time wash hair.
I see you have darker bangs and more gray in the crown and back like me. I was worried that it would not look good but looking at your hair I’m going to let mine grow out. Thanks
I LOVE the after! Im graying but I have henna/indigo dye in my hair, I hate it and I don’t want to bleach my hair. I’m growing out my hair and will definitely want to try their silver line.
Agape mou! I’m so happy you made this video I’m done with growing out my hair and I’m so loving the gray!!!!! And have been wondering about the overtone....I don’t come on TH-cam like I used too but today bam there was your video front and center...thank you for always inspiring us to not change but accept and work in what we are! What we already have xo
Omg you look beautiful!! I love it! I have a lot of bright white hair around my face, and am looking for a way to work with them instead of against them! I might give this a try!
I use overtone extreme silver. I am currently transitioning using the dye strip technique so I only color my part as to not see the demarcation line. I am a darkest intense brown in color so overtone has toned down the rest of my hair while making my already silvers more of a steel grey.
Hi Elisa, It took two years to do it! Well, now it is just boring! This can't be the end. Have you ever thought of using a dark or black overtone to add a dramatic bang? I know that you could rock that look! Could you please tell me how long the product lasts? Many, many thanks!
thanks so much I bought some, haven't dried my hair yet, but love love love the product! I left it on for 10 minutes on dry hair (my grey will super absorb it) don't want purple pink green either.....my hair looked darker grey when I got out of the shower....sorta excited actually.....anything. but the dingy yellow areas....
omg I love this product. for those who need to transition, wish I had this when I grew mine out, I don't believe there is anything quite like this on the market....felt like it dumbed my hair down, in a good fun way! ultimately, for me, no yellow which is awesome! I love you Elisa Montreal!
Shahrzad Modiri I hear you!!!! Personally I love my yellow bits. I don’t see myself using this religiously. If I do, cool and if I do not, cool as well :). Big hugs

THanks so much for showing this product girl! I am going to get it and try it out. Your hair is som vibrant after using it, simply stunning as usual!! xoxox I am so happy you are back on youtube, I love your spirit and beautuful face!!
Overtone is what’s called a “Direct Dye”. I have done this Grey journey from my red hair since birth. I started going WHITE, not gray at 19. I started dying it red then, with professional products, NEVER did I use drugstore color. My hair was to my waste and platinum blonde. People pay thousands for what I HAD. I decided to be “cool” and I used Overtone Lavender and Rose Gold at two separate times. They were gorgeous. They washed out as promised by Overtone to my own natural color after a long time. I was forced to stop using chemical dyes when I became ill so Overtone was a heaven sent product......until.......Honey Brown came out.......now, on their site they show you three samples of different base levels of hair with their color. My white hair with Honey Brown showed MY ORIGINAL RED! I was over the moon!! I ordered a half a dozen jars!! I (thank the stars!!!) only applied it to 1/2 my hair, below my ear line and down so that MY red would pop out like the Lavender and Rose Gold did......well, it looked lovely, until I decided to stop and let it fade like the other two......it went to YELLOW. YELLOW as in the GOLDEN ARCHES at McDonalds YELOW! It WOULD NOT COME OUT!! I tried EVERYTHING from bleaching it PROFESSIONALLY and toning it PROFESSIONALLY and even letting purple shampoo sit on it for HOURS. NOPE, NOT A DAMN THING HAPPENED! It was STILL YELLOW. I TRIED EVERYTHING THREE OR FOUR TIMES, bleach baths, you name it I tried it. I emailed Overtone for help, NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! Not even a response to return the unopened crap. I spent sooooooo much money and time that recouping a few bucks would have been nice. End result....time and scissors. I had a chemistry Masters buddy look at the Honey Brown and sure enough, there IS a Yellow Dye #??? (I forget the number) in this one (it’s NOT in lavender or Rose Gold allegedly but it IS in Honey Brown. Alas, it’s too late for me to help some but hopefully I’ll catch others and if I can save ONE Silver Fox like us, my journey through hell and 6 inches of my beautiful hair down the drain, won’t be lost. Good luck ladies, going Grey or white is so freeing I can’t say enough. Use B Uniq Shampoo and Mask (Dilute BOTH, shampoo with another clear or white shampoo and add water to it in a squirt bottle and apply quickly AFTER hair is SOAKED OR you’ll end up with a purple giant SPOT on your head, dilution is best! And dilute the mask as well with a good WHITE conditioner and apply to wet hair after shampooing and rinsing. LOTS of reviews and techniques on Amazon on these two products and they are the BEST I’ve ever used!). Walk proudly with that gorgeous mane! Good luck and for love of all thing holy, RUN, RUN FAST IF ANYONE TRIES TO USE ANY OVERTONE HONEY BROWN ON U UNLESS YOU WANT GOLDEN ARCHES YELLOW HAIR THAT WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME OUT.....without scissors and time!
Tovah Romanov oh wow! You should have done this review!!!! I am not particularly fond of using anything on my hair except a blue shampoo here and there. So I went in with Overtone very slowly (and nervously) My application lasted 3 washes and that was fine by me. I was going to apply some this evening but after reading your comment I AM SCARED. I am appalled that you got zero response from Overtone customer service. Did you get a chance to sell your unused jars?
Thanks so much.......did you use overtone on your dry hair or wet when you did the rest of your hair. I am battling the yellow issue since going grey four yearsago......64 now loving the grey but not the yellow tone
Me too. At first I was disappointed because I wanted it to be all white. But now I quite love it. The mix of silver and dark is interesting and dimensional. I'm happy.

Bonjour belle Elisa. Merci!
You can order it or purchase at Sephora. A little goes a long way. I concentrated on the mid-shaft down to the ends. I wash my hair every third day and only used it once a week. Now that my hair has improved, I use it once a month so it lasts longer.

I just ordered Overtone. I never imagined gray hair would be so complicated and expensive to maintain. Fingers crossed it works. Thank you!
Is it?
I use these types of products to keep my highlights fresh. When I go grey, or, start seeing other signs of ageing for that matter, I hope to embrace them as well as you have. You have aged very gracefully and you have a natural beauty and charm to you, and I can still see the 25 year old glistening behind your smiling eyes.
MissRandomComment Thank you dear :) It’s an attitude thing ; )
Thank you for this video! I’ve been wondering how Overtone silver would look on my gray hair. My “younger hair” was a medium- dark brown and the remaining strands in the underside tends to look brassy next to my silver. You gave me courage to go for it. 😁
Glad it was helpful! However Overtone will only neutralize the brassy of the hair. It won't make your medium dark brown hair grey, right? I use Overtone once a month and that is if I remember, lol.
Wow it turned out beautifully
I am so going to get some of this! My silver has been a little yellow too and I've been wanting to try this. Thanks so much for this video!
Keep spreading joy!! I really appreciated how candid and open you are throughout your videos! Thank you!
I saw you in the bus once on my way to class , and I couldn't get over how cool your hair was!!! So pretty!!! Now i wish i had grey hair!!!
Oh how wonderful :) I am so honoured by your comment :)
So glad you are back! My daughter gave me the same product for Mother's day in May. I used once on my white hair and it did turn it slightly lavendar. Maybe I will try again on wet hair.
Oh, can you try a strand first:)
Thank you for sharing I am transitioning to gray hair for sure will do this 😊
You’re welcome 😊
Looks very nice!
I can't wait for all of my gray to grow out. It's only at two inches now. 😞
Beautifully done
Hair looks fabulous 👌 👏
Now that I truly see what this great over tone does ...I’m continuing my transition then i will be using Grey silver overtone ! Less trouble then dying My hair dark to hide hide my silver , it’s so beautiful I can feel now you truly truly love your hair ! So beautiful! and the over tone make silver more amazing ! , it’s all vegan , chemical free dye free if I’m not mistaken ..
Hi Lisa, l am Maira from Calgary, Alberta. I already went into my transition to grey hair, and l feel super, this is one of the best decision, so l am super happy grey hair woman.
Woohooooo! Best commentary :)
It is beautiful! I have some Overtone that I’ve had for a long time. I’m going to try in now because of your video. My profile pic is old, my hair is grey now. Lol
PLEASE DO A PATCH TEST FIRST. I hope I am not too late.
Since you liked my video, could you help me and share this video on your Facebook. If you don't know how to do it, you can ask someone who does? That will help me a lot and it doesn't cost you anything, right? Sister helping sister? :)
looks great! i find my straightners tend to make my grey yellow even though i use blue shampoo, will try overtone or what ever make i can find here, thank you for sharing .
Lower the heat on your hair tools! X
Make sure to clarify your hair... it will help remove minerals and leftover hair products in your hair so when the heat is put on it, your hair won't yellow - and make sure the heat on your tools isn't too high!
You have such Beautiful hair, I'm going through my transition as well, 8 months and I'm so excited in my journey to going silver! Thank you for sharing your video 😊
Beautiful just stunning yes over tone did get rid of yellow you never had much anyway thank you for your video 😉 X ❤️🌈😁

Look fab! Let us know how it wears and how often you will be using it. Love your videos!
Your hair looks amazing!!! I just binged on your grey hair transition videos.
Anna Blesilda Oh wow! Hope I didn’t bore you too much :)
You look great! Absolutely beautiful. Love your sense of humor. Thank you for info.
Thanks
Thank you dear. I invite you to see this video shorturl.at/pqsBL Hope you like it :)
I think it looks very cool, love the color on you
I LOVE the after! Im graying but I have henna/indigo dye in my hair, I hate it and I don’t want to bleach my hair. I’m growing out my hair and will definitely want to try their silver line.
Go at it slow. Enjoy the process. Think about something else before you know you hair will be long long long :)
Woohoo. Agape mouuuuu :)
i love the dress! where did you find it! i love the ruffle shoulder and v neck.
Omg you look beautiful!! I love it! I have a lot of bright white hair around my face, and am looking for a way to work with them instead of against them! I might give this a try!
Your hair is gorgeous! I can't wait until my gray is all grown out!
You got this!
Your hair came out great and your smile is just beautiful!
Queen OfSwords So kind :)
Love your accent! And I think it looks wonderful!
I use overtone extreme silver. I am currently transitioning using the dye strip technique so I only color my part as to not see the demarcation line. I am a darkest intense brown in color so overtone has toned down the rest of my hair while making my already silvers more of a steel grey.
Hi did you add the dark pieces in front I love it?
You ate absolutely stunning. I love your gorgeous hair.
dana coppock Thank you ever so much :)
Hi Elisa, It took two years to do it! Well, now it is just boring! This can't be the end.
Have you ever thought of using a dark or black overtone to add a dramatic bang? I know that you could rock that look!
Could you please tell me how long the product lasts?
Many, many thanks!
LOVE ... still working towards the grey ... I still don't have a high enough % of grey to do much with.
Mary Duff Hi. It’s not a colour thing. Why do you want to stop the dye?
thanks so much I bought some, haven't dried my hair yet, but love love love the product!
I love you Elisa Montreal!
mmommo Oooh I am so happy for you, gorgeous!!!! I love this product as well. ; )
I too love using pastel silver!
Thanks for the video, I am sooooooooooooooo getting this. I have a lot of yellow/blonde in the front and hate the look.
Really worth it. Plus cruelty-free :)
I don't see yellow bits anyway!
Ok ... Huge difference. You look beautiful.
Oh boy. 😳We stopped coloring so we don’t have to go through all this. Any purple conditioner using it once a week will do. Thanks for sharing.
Shahrzad Modiri I hear you!!!! Personally I love my yellow bits. I don’t see myself using this religiously. If I do, cool and if I do not, cool as well :). Big hugs
Thanks for this! I noticed my hair had developed some yellow. I will try this.
What about that natural curl though! Would love to see you with that curl showing.
yes! actually getting a product to try. I will do a video on that
Your hair looks beautiful. I love it!!

You are so gorgeous!!! The Overtone worked wonderfully.
Emily Elizabeth Thank you so much. YES! Overtone rocks \m/
another great video! i use loreal colorista in pastel pink to spray in my hair...its just temporary and shampoos out but it gives me a fun look!!!and i always get tons of complements lol
THanks so much for showing this product girl! I am going to get it and try it out. Your hair is som vibrant after using it, simply stunning as usual!! xoxox I am so happy you are back on youtube, I love your spirit and beautuful face!!
Beautiful. Looks great. I just ordered and should be receiving tomorrow. It did a great job for you. I can't wait to use mine.😍
Gorgeous - it worked really well!!
I LOVE your attitude!!!
Woohoo :)
Your hair colour is Beautiful ! Élisa, You are fun to follow and watch !
Danielle
Came out really nice
I love your great energy and enthusiasm :) Looks great!
You are looking gorgeous; I love how your silvers have ended up. Mine too is super dark on the bottom layer, with the salt n pepper on top 😍
Me too. At first I was disappointed because I wanted it to be all white. But now I quite love it. The mix of silver and dark is interesting and dimensional. I'm happy.
Your hair looks beautiful! Overtone was a success for you
Yes it was! But I no longer use it. TOO expensive for Canada :(
Such a fun video. I know you did this a long time ago. Wondering if u are still happy with it. You look beautiful.
Yes I am! :) Since you liked my video, could you help me and share this video on your Facebook. If you don't know how to do it, you can ask someone who does? That will help me a lot and it doesn't cost you anything, right? Sister helping sister? :)
I am manifesting a hair like yours ASAP 🙏
Thank you Love it. I want to do the same thing to my hair!!!
Go for it! Could you help me and share this video on your Facebook. If you don't know how to do it, you can ask someone who does? That will help me a lot and it doesn't cost you anything, right? Sister helping sister? :)
Im a lazy hair woman . Overtones looks great on you I’m getting the warm and I like it but I was a warm blonde , it’s like I have streaks 😊💞
Thanks. While transitioning I did NOT use Overtone on my yellow bits. I loved being blonde. I use it now to help with the yellowing of the hair from the heating tools that I will never part with, LOL
I love the way it turned out!
This was VERY helpful; thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Bonjour belle Elisa. Merci!
Salutations chaleureuses.
Your hair looks amazing! By the way, thank you for turning me on to Olaplex! It changed my life.
You can order it or purchase at Sephora. A little goes a long way. I concentrated on the mid-shaft down to the ends. I wash my hair every third day and only used it once a week. Now that my hair has improved, I use it once a month so it lasts longer.
Hilarious! You made me laugh and laugh and laugh! 🤣🤣🤣 Glad you are happy!
Its so nice and bright!
