If you watch Dynasty , one thing about them. They HARDLY get penalties. Penalties KILLL teams. They single handed destroy the odds of winning. Every teams top priority should be no penalties
Hey, can someone please tell me what the secret is to running and shooting to keep your barrel steady and on point at what you're aiming at? Is it half-stepping while running and not locking out your knees? Please someone, answer this for me so I can practice it from the start, thanks.
You should be full on sprinting and maintaining a solid core. You can practice this at home by grabbing your gun at home and a small step-stool and moving from one side to the other - one foot up, other foot up, one foot down, other foot down. Keep your gun pointed at the same place and use your core to keep your upper body steady. While maintaining a strong core, you should be able to full out sprint and keep your gun up and shooting. It's hard to master, but easy to get a hang of after some time. It will take a lot of practice before your gun is extremely steady while in a full-out sprint, but it's very rewarding on the breakout when you can get a kill while sprinting to the corner untouched
I should probably mention that the home workout should be stepping side-to-side, not forward and back. Eventually, you'll learn to steady your gun steady using your core to work as a "suspension" of sorts to keep your upper body nice and smooth while your feet provide the power to push you towards your bunker.
Ok gotcha, thanks man. Another question, your tank should be pushed/secured pretty snug while you're running, right? It's tough to tell the exact mechanics of pros, but I'm sure I'll find out for myself once I practice this more with core being flexed.
Yes, the butt of the tank should be pushed into the space between your arm and your chest. If you know anything about anatomy, it's the pocket between where you pectoralis major connects to the head of the humerus and where the deltoid wraps over and around the head of the humerus (basically between your chest and arm pit). Most players will use a silicone tank grip or grip tape to help further secure the tank to this area of their body.
I'm so glad they won world cup in 2013 to revive their spirit. They have one of my favorite team biographies. Their story is inspiring.

0:55 unfortunately still true and now its 2022, forever second place
Geez man. They need to focus on penalties. I’ve watched countless paintball videos. By far, xfactor takes 1st place in the amount of penalties
imagine if you walk off the field when you get shot. that might have helped them not get penalties
I love dunkin donuts.

Excellent info, thanks man. I think flexing the core aspect was what I was missing. Thanks Alex!
