In 2001, a brash group of teenagers took professional paintball by storm, winning The World Cup of Paintball.
For the last decade-and-a-half, San Diego Dynasty has created a dominance like no other- winning at least one professional tournament every year since.
But all things must end, and a season filled with conflict and controversy puts a 15th consecutive season with a tournament victory in jeopardy.

Just now watched this video because I have been away from paintball for so long but the San Diego DYNASTY is what drew me into tournament paint ball in the first place. Just a group of kids in Cali that had such a love for something that wasn’t anything but a game you played with your buddies and came out on top when it became something time and time again is truly something special. No matter what Oliver “Ollie” Lang ever does in his life I will always see him as the best paintball player to ever play the game. Ollie- you inspired so many kids like myself and so many others to go and play a game they loved and take it to a competitive level. I am now 30 years old and still love the game of paintball even though I don’t get a chance to play anymore. Dynasty- Huge fan no matter who’s on the team. Keep ballin. Eclipse- One of the best videos I have watch for paint ball. P.s thank you for coming out with the Geo plus when I was playing tournaments because that was my go to gun. Wish everyone the best. #makepaintballgreatagain
The fact that RG and Dynasty is still around and dominant is absolutely mind blowing!
I'm also as old as RG (born in 1982)....and I remember back in the 90's when paintball became big and all the stars were in the now unpublished PB magazines.
Seeing Dynasty start in the early 2000's was absolute madness. No team has ever had such a dominant run.

+ryan greenspan the friendship you guys have really had an impact on me and one of my best friends as we went from young guns tournaments to the CXBL. As we were climbing divisions and trying out for new teams we stuck together till we stopped playing in 09. We still play together for fun when we get the chance and keep up with the sport. Just watching this makes me want to go out and play. The relationship between all of them, old and new is just inspiring. "Fighting on the field for your friend.." Absolutely one of the best things I've ever heard about the game we all know and love, paintball.
My favorite thing about Dynasty is not just that they are the most bad ass professional team, but that they play with real heart. Now, I'm not saying any team doesn't, but after watching this amazing documentary on my literal favorite team, I can clearly see what it's really like to play professional paintball. Through the eyes of my idols, I can see that the professional league is more than I could've ever imagined. I first started playing at the age of 6, I had a friend that played for awhile before I had started actually, and he's the guy who got me hooked. Along with the Core Four of Dynasty. I've looked up to those guys since day one, and they are the very reason I still play to this day. Along with Oliver Lang's motivational speech before the Sunday finals but that's besides the point. In my heart, San Diego Dynasty will always be my favorite team, no matter what happens. The inspiration from these guys is amazing, and I can't wait to see how far they will come. #WonWorldCup

I really have no words for such a inspiring, heart warming and over all amazing life experience that San Diego Dynasty have fought for in the paintball world for 15 years now. All I can honestly say is let's all go into 2016 playing paintball Alive, Healthy and ready to experience another wonderful year of this amazing sport. A job well done to everyone to participated and created this gem of a movie.

My favorite thing about Dynasty is the story behind the team; a bunch of young kids coming into the professional level of the sport dominated by three teams consisting of older players and actually proving that they belong. Not only that, but they have been able to keep the team together as such a strong unit ever since. I look forward to seeing them not only grow as a team but also as they help grow the sport. +hkarmy
52:20 is one of the best musical montages I've ever seen. Great documentary. I just recently started playing magfed woodsball, but speedball is nuts. I remember sitting in computer class back in 2001 sitting next to this kid that did nothing but follow and search speedball.

I remember being 13 years old (I'm 24 now) and watching Oliver Lang play and "Oliver Langs Best Move" video on TH-cam blew my mind and made me want to play paintball! its been a few years since I've played and I recently got back into it. So happy to see a lot of the players I saw back in the day playing. Such a feel good throw back!

One of a thousand reasons I love San Diego dynasty is because no matter if they win lose or get shut out every time I see them play you know there will be an amazing Match underway. With the talent they have on there roster and how much they flow together is incredible. They are with out a doubt one of the greatest paint ball teams of all time. They also inspire me to do my best and play my hardest if it's practice or a point I go out there with the mind set to win but also have loads of fun. #hkarmy

The absolute best thing about Dynasty... Where do you start, over all i think the best thing is what there brother hood did for the sport. Paintball is such a delicate sport for us to continue to have people in and Dynasty created this aroma that has drawn young kids to the sport and given them a rolll model to strive towards, a goal, a passion. Dynasty created the milestone for paintball passion.
Truly amazing, I could watch it a thousands times over again. Just AMAZING!

Such an amazing documentary, this is why I love this sport you can truly connect with pro players of any spectrum. All the fans get along and understand each other at each and every event. We are just a bunch of crazy people who love to shoot paint at each other.

Oliver Lang is back and that makes me want to rewatch this masterpiece of a documentary. 2022 definitely was the craziest paintball season in history. All those team moves would clearly desearve a movie lol
Best paintball video/documentary ever.
Very good documentary. The only thing I could see being changed is that it could have been mentioned that Chicago Aftershock was 5 and 0 going into the semi-finals, and then dynasty beat them. It would have made that victory seem all the more better.
Dynasty, what an appropriate name for this team. They are a dynasty in paintball unlike no other in the paintball world.

Very interesting video/documentary on team Dynasty. Very well filmed and narratted. I liked how it showed that no matter what level you are on in this sport, there may come a time you have to go through a rough patch to humble yourself, regroup and aim for the main goal. Can't wait to see what the new season holds for Dynasty.

Win or lose, teams such as this one, is what keeps the sport alive, inspires other's to join, and shows what can be achieved by dedication and heart.
I stopped playing for amend paintball back in 2008. It's unreal to see how Dynasty is still toward the top of the paintball world. My first event I ever went to was in NPPL HB 2003. So much has changed since then in paintball, besides the fact that Dynasty continues to a dominant force. Awesome movie.

I love dynasty and think that their the best team in the world. I have been watching dynasty since dynasty dissenter and have loved them since. They have great teamwork and good sportsmanship, I always watch their tournament s when I can. Love you guys!

I played for the first time today. I bought a Tippmann A5 and it works very well for the price. But I absolutely fell in love with the sport. The adrenaline rush you get when playing unlike any other sport I've played. I used to ride BMX for awhile but I kind of fell of that so I started looking into paint ball which I unbelievably fun I will definitely keep doing. If anyone has any recommendations for gear I should pick up. Please tell me.

I love the brotherhood in SD Dynasty, Oliver Lang has to be my favorite players love how he gets away from everything and looks for what he really wants in life. Hopefully one day I can do the same.

I've lost my desire to play paintball after starting in 2003. Dynasty was the team I grew into paintball wanting to be like. Angel, Yosh, Alex, Ryan, BC and Ryan. Been to clinics back in 04. Hell my piranha fucked up and Alex let me use his shocker best experience ever.
This lit a little spark and fire for my once love of paintball. Not enough to keep playing but enough to remenise (however the fuck you spell that word)
Anyways this was very well done.

Very cool story Ive loved watching these guys since I was a child forreal,. Oliver Lang was my only hero growing up, never wanted to do anything but play paintball pro one day. Now my wife and I travel as much as possible and play everywhere we go,.

I’ll never forget walking into a wings and things in Mira Mesa SD and seeing a dynasty jersey on the wall, coolest shit ever. I’ve been thinking of getting back into the game and this was the push I needed to do it. Thank you Dynasty for being what got me into the sport back in 2006 and now for inspiring me to pick up a marker again after all these years, you guys are awesome!
