- This video will help you step by step on how to easily obtain your UAE Police Clearance or Certificate of No Criminal Record even from abroad especially if you were a former resident of the UAE. Many of us had trouble in the past obtaining this certificate because of forgotten MOI account username/password, deactivated UAE mobile number, and many other reasons.

Hello, you need to have n Emirates ID to get PCC online, Since you were just on a visit visa, you would need to go to the nearest UAE embassy near you to get a PCC

For UAE, you will not need NBI. If you are applying online, you would need to have your emirates ID.
Kahit po sa akin kinailangan yung finger print from nbi kasi wala na sakin ung emirates ID nd eko na sya na provide. Tas ipapa stamp pa sa uae embassy dito sa pinas.

Hello, you have to ask your former HR for a soft copy of your Emirates ID. If you don't have it, you need to apply in the UAE Embassy for the police clearance, or if you have a friend in UAE, they can apply it for you directly with the police headquarters

You can't. You have to have a new emirates ID with your new name.

You can re apply again online. However, whatever is on their record, that is the one that will appear on the PCC. Mine was expired passport too, but it was accepted.

My case is in NVC now. NVC is requesting for police clearance of UAE. i did the same as you did for police clearance certificate of uae and i got same certificate as you got. My question is, will NVC accept this police clearance?? I think you also used it for your immigration visa...please help needed

No need as long as you have the Emirates ID... you have biometrics done during Emirates ID registration.

Hello Jagal, you can do either MOI or Dubai Police Site if you are a resident of Dubai. Both are valid.

Which embassy? For USA, the UAE PCC is valid for one year. If it is more than one year, you need to get a new one.

Hello, if you are registering new account, they will take you to another page to fill out more information. If you forgot your password, they can send reset code on your UAE mobile number.

Hello, You can use the PCC for Canada. However, regarding the need for attestation, you should ask the Canadian Embassy if they are requiring it for your student visa. As for me, I am using it to migrate to the USA. They did not require any attestation, fingerprints. The biometrics are already included in the Emirates ID system. I also don't know anyone who used it for studying abroad, most of my friends are immigrating to the US by employer-based visa.

If we are leaving in uae since 3 years, and applying resident is some other country, do we still need police clearence from our homeland country or uae police clearence is enough.
It depends on the country you are applying for. As for me, the USA asked for both my home country and other countries I have live in for more than 6 months.
I have been staying in UAE since Jan 2018 on multiple Visit Visas. I changed to a new visit visa once every three months by travelling to Oman and returning on the same day itself. So in effect, I have been staying in UAE continuously for almost a year now, and is therefore required to submit UAE Police Clearance Certificate along with my PR application. However, when I tried to apply online, I found that only residence visa holders would be given a PCC here, and since I am on visit, I am ineligible to apply for one

You can't and should not remove it. It is part of the police clearance from the UAE.

1. contact previous HR nyo if they have a record
2. If you have a friend in UAE, they can get the police clearance for u there. Need mo lang i send soft copy ng Passport mo at UAE visas sa kanya and authorization letter
3. Go to the nearest UAE embassy sau to request for PCC

Hello Syed, It may or may not depending on the action of the bank. My friend also has a loan when he left UAE, but he informed the bank that he would pay even if he moved to another country. He was able to get his PCC without any bad records.

@@florifepilar5095 Some US embassy nag prprocess ng visa (immigrant and non immigrant), some have huge back logs, some are not processing. So I guess depende kung saan US Embassy ka mag papa interview. Sa Manila, they are processing interviews pero not full scale, but at least moving 😊

It is like their official stamp. I did not have it attested and just uploaded it for my DS260 and it is valid and accepted. I think the attestation depends on where you will use it/if your country requires it....

Hello, I am not sure with what Canada requires. Is it attestation you are referring to? If so, check your nearest UAE embassy and there they can attest your documents.

aaah kasi malamang dahil asa pinas ka friend, tapus un card asa UAE.. security setup un ng bank. All your friend has to do is to call the bank and authorize it. Or use your pinas debit or credit card. I used my pinas card.

Hi Florife, kung san ka nag register ng EID mo with your resident address there, dun emirate ka registered. And then re: attestation.. depende sa nag ask ng PCC mo if they will require it. For example, sakin is for US visa, they do not require attestation.

Yes it is. All my friends have printed it in colored and it was accepted during their interview. Sometimes, it was not even asked during the interview.. case to case basis

Yes, the MOI PCC is good for residents of any of the seven emirates.
