    Fantastic videos! I’m about to start a service on my B7200hst, these are a huge help, and give me some confidence to do it myself, Cheers 🍻

    Just watched oil change and filter. I like plain straightforward explanation. I never would’ve thought to change the copper washer-gasket on oil plug. I’m putting that on the list now. I just installed a rebuilt hydraulic cylinder for loader arm, & all the hydraulic lines. Colored zip ties to keep track of what goes where made it simple for this simple man. Thanks for the videos keep the faith!

      I'll be needing to change hydraulic lines soon, valves for the loader need rebuilt as well.

    Hi From Vermont.. I recently got a B7100 HST-D and you are very helpful. Just doing first oil change. Can you give us the manufacturer of the Motor Treatment stuff you used before draining?? Thanks!!

      Hi Terry. Congratulations on your B7100 purchase. You're going to love the mighty little machine.
      The motor treatment is our local Rural King brand of seafoam. It has changed names a few times over the years, but is currently called Providence Automotive Motor Treatment. Some time back, I peeled the label off of one of the cans, and it was indeed a seafoam can beneath the shrink wrapped store brand label.
      I don't think you have Rural King in VT, but your local farm store may have a very similar product.
      Thank you for your interest.

    could you go over your hydraulic setup and the front end loader build?

    • @abundantlifehomestead3100
      @abundantlifehomestead3100  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not sure I understand just what you are asking here. The Front End Loader is a Woods DuAl 145. This was one of a few different loaders that could be ordered and installed through a dealer at the time. Building or adding a loader to one of these old tractors that does not now have one can be very, very cost prohibitive and end up taking more money than a tractor with loader costs to buy.
      There are a few videos in my playlist here that show servicing the hydraulic fluid, removing and installing the subframe, and the loader etc.. that may help in what you are looking for. th-cam.com/play/PLaSBaXJkkz-3LwlnRvPkxPtj8zl-2o6ry.html
      If you can't find what you're looking for in any of the videos, please ask again and I will do what I can to address your issue.

    If you do 50 hours or less, once a year is fine.

    • @abundantlifehomestead3100
      @abundantlifehomestead3100  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Certainly is. I can't imagine using my tractor less than 50 hours a year, but I'm sure there are some folks out there who don't use theirs as much, and thus don't need to change oil so often.
      Thanks for watching!

      @@abundantlifehomestead3100 I'm skidding some logs once a year for firewood and doing a bit of road grading, that's it.

      When I still burned wood, and then when the ash borer decimated our woods, my tractor spent a lot of time skidding. That's where I learned these little machines are surprisingly powerful for their hp and size.
