I played a variant of this deck today at my locals and 2-0'd superheavy samurai. Did well against Branded Dragon Link & Mathmech as well. I don't have as big of a branded package in my build, and instead was running 2 diviner as normal summons, and 3 Iblee. Iblee is insane in the deck because it makes Dogmatikamatrix's double-search live turn 1, and then you can't be hit w/ imperm, nibiru, gamma, or evenly on the follow-up.

wooo thanks for uploading :) How big do you think the gap is between dogmatika pure and branded dogmatika

White Knight can be tributed, so it's not the strongest for creating a lock. Against some decks, it will work, but it's not as game ending as other locks that are used atm

Popping Knight to trigger quem might be a line of play in fringe cases, but doing expulsion locks is not only wierd with him, but in addition I do not like to play my games like that.

For the 1st test hand, wouldn't it be more beneficial to discard White Knight for Lubellion's cost, as you would have kept Macarbe in hand to be able to summon back the White Knight.

Probably yeah. the idea was to have him in hand to kalamity him to field and play around bystials, but discarding him is also good. you get to summon quem if you get nib'd

@rebirthofshien364 dodging Bystials is a fair enough reasoning. I tend to play in a more Ritual focussed manner, prioritising Zoa and Relic, with Lulu summoning Iris during the end phase as the fifth summon to avoid being Nib'd. Attempt to force opponent to deal with Iris first, because the last thing anyone should want to do is summon an ED monster and have it instantly popped by her and then have Relic send another of their Extra deck for having the audacity of trying in the first place 🤣

I noticed you've cut carteisa and guignol, what was the reasoning for that?
I suppose that Mirror Jade + Lubellion is better to end on instead of Guignol + Lubellion with Cartesia in hand? Thinking about it now the cartesia in hand doesn't benefit us much since we're not a pure branded deck, and there's not much we can make with her on a followup turn without shuffling back the Guignol and remaking it. I'd been running two Lulu for this reason, one to send and another for Guginol to float into, but was also only running 1 Titaniklad for space issues.
I've also cut Beast, and opted to side deck Etude for any non Purrely/Kashtira matchups and been finding great success with that as beast hasn't been doing much for me post CYAC.

Cartesia needs too much ed space. You can of course run her, but it does not do too much for the deck.
Branded beast is a card I will never cut due to it shitting on monke.dek

I think ecclesia the virtuous is better than quem.

Incredible ecclesia is bad here. Dogmatika ecclesia obviously is, cartesia is wierd on the ED size

@@rebirthofshien364 Functionally, what's the difference though? The quick effect allows you to trigger at any time rather than waiting for a specific time window.
