Just one question: wouldn't it be better at 7:29 to say> "... how to make good tasting water"? instead of "what to do?" In English it sounded a lil weird to me and in Japanese the translation was "doushitara"...which I normally connect to "how" in English. Example: Dou deshitaka? = how was it?

No, completing till minna no nihongo ch - 50 means you can clear N4 ........ japanese grammar is more than this, you need to finish syllabus for N1 to cover whole grammar of Japanese language.
