    Higher rpms actually moves more air across the fins to keep it cool. Lower rpms is less harsh on engine but loses cooling. Note always keep the fins clean from dust and grass build up which would make it run hot. Mowing at full throttle it matches blade tip for less stress on engine. Especially mowing thick grass. Keep up the good work👍

    I will say that with the higher RPM's we've ran are tractor on high for 6 years and its fine it's an engine the higher the better Grass cut.

    Don't make excuses to help people's feelings. Some people will die on a hill for their perception. I made a video showing the effects of recycling air in a car with the AC on, and some people didn't believe me!
    The numbers were jumping, but they were jumping higher at higher RPMs.
    These engines are fine running at factory high RPMs (as long as you keep up on maintenance), it does run hotter but uses more gas.
    Just post the numbers, and roll with it.

    Meh... these small air cooled engines are designed to run a "full throttle" Keep in mind the engine is essentially governed down to where they are meant to operate.
