@@Omnissias I can already tell you didn't pay attention to the gear you got. Nioh is about becoming overpowered, your gear, every single stat matters. Not just your weapon. And speaking of dark souls, you absolutely cannot be comparing the two at all and that's the main reason why you dislike it. It's not a dark souls clone. It is so far from dark souls. You have to use combat skills and manage your ki perfectly. It's also balanced in the fact that the ki works the same way, if not worse for the enemies, especially any yokai enemy. Also, the game heavily emphasizes blocking instead of dodging, unless you build for that. These games expect you to be paying attention to these things, especially your stats and gear which is why getting the gear you need and altering it to fit your build is so satisfying. Katana is a horrible weapon for yokai and he should be using his switchglaive for them.
@@biblicallyaccuratefurbie4690 sure. But what potentially follows from that playstyle is the poor conclusion that Nioh’s combat is bad or boring. Parrying works in the game but you have to build your gear for it, another system that lobos refused to engage with. The 1st difficulty on a new game playthrough is actually really well balanced in that metagaming doesn’t produce overpowered results until later difficulties. It’s not till later that gear allows you to make busted builds. I get that that itself is a turn off for lobos. I was really hoping someone would come up with "Snooby Snacks" during the whole Snitties/Snoobies snake lady bit... mainly because that's what I was thinking.
Lobos needs to remember he has a secondary weapon, and that he never changed it in this part....Seething Dragon is your upgrade to your switch glaive sir...Plz change your weapon.....hopefully in part 2 he actually uses it, as well as starts going into magic like he said he would at the start.
I don't because the game gives you skill points based on which weapon you use :/ I may decide to change off sword at some point, but one weapon at a time is the only thing that makes sense to me until I have all the skill nodes I want
@@LobosjrGaming Wrong! obviously, you don't knuw the game mechanics. You get weapon familiarity just by carrying/equipping a weapon. You don't have to use it. Typical TH-camr. Doesn't no shit, but thinks they know everything.
@@SirGreenDay (He's not a youtuber)
@@SirGreenDay Never did he say he knows everything so in your wise words WRONG, secondly he is not a youtuber so WRONG and thirdly let the man play how he goddamn wants to play.
I kinda laughed when he basically said that his viewers can't read.. 😂 you aren't too bright if you can't read subs.
This was pretty painful to watch. You can tell Lobo was hesitant to embrace Nioh's mechanics and instead opt for a more souls-like playstyle. His lack of using high stance made boss fights longer than needed and he's way too passive. Nioh rewards aggressiveness and actually using your yokai abilities. Katana is a horrible weapon for yokai and he should be using his switchglaive for them.
He should just be playing to enjoy it, and if this was how he enjoyed it then that was the best way for him to play. Oh well.
He’s the “i’ll beat this game naked!” Kind of guy when the game is clearly balanced around gear.
I was really confused when Nioh 1 came out because people kept comparing it to dark souls when Nioh feels like a Ninja Gaiden Diablo arpg.
Will the rest of Mass Effect 2 and beginning of Mass Effect 3 be uploaded to TH-cam?
As with literally everything else, yes. But if you cant wait and feel the need to ask about them on completely unrelated content they are available literally for free and at no inconvenience to yourself on his twitch channel should you choose to stop being lazy.
thedarkness125 a simple yes would have sufficed. I didn’t need the extra smartass shit. Thank you for the reply regardless.
I do want to play with that character customization....
Bruh your chat played you the first skill you unlock for switchglaive mid stance skill tree is a parry
Nioh is neato
why doesn't lobos use the yokai shift that much again?
edit: 6:54:25 oh, that's why
notif squad

Nice :)
So hyped to see Lobos play the sequel to his most favorite and bestest game ever.
2:21:06 sure bro, says the guy that trys to cheese bosses 90% of the time. Your just nitpicking
