I just got 2 of these bad boys. So here we go.... First, you cannot pair these speakers via Bluetooth. You can connect to one speaker, then you have to hard wire out to the second speaker (you will not get stereo sound). Also, when you hard wire out to the second speaker you need to use a BALANCED 1/4 jack. Everyone one says you can control up to 10 speakers on the app and that's true, but you can't sync speakers on the app through Bluetooth. If you want to have a stereo Bluetooth set up you need to buy a pair of alto total 2 Bluetooth transceivers. Plug each one to each speaker and sync them together and you're all set. The cool thing is that you can plug in the alto transceivers into the back of usb ports of the speaker and they will always be charging. This set up makes the speakers truly wireless and they sound amazing. You can take these speakers to the beach, park, etc and you will have a true wireless system that sounds amazing.

Guitar gear has taken amazing steps over the past couple of decades. Even some beginner’s Amps sound great now. I’m a child of the 70’s & 80’s & I can’t believe how far things have come. Yes, depending on what you’re buying, things have gotten ridiculous. However, a decent guitar-tone can be achieved for cheap these days.
One important feature not mentioned in the demo: One can store all the channel EQ and other settings, even as (a limited number) of „scenes“ comprising all channel and master parameters, e.g. for different bands (solo/duo/full) or various frequently played venues with certain optimal settings. Great!
I have the jbl extreme 2 at this moment 5lb little single speaker boombox, and it has served me excellently through the years,,with plenty of compliments..so I can wait to hear this..🙄
Heard a single unit of an older MK I of this JBL in a coffee shop and it was amazing. Definitely considering 2 of these this for a small venue with up to 50 people.

The nuances from a live performance when hitting max volume really make this unit struggle. There's a limiter on it that ducks the volume that's very noticeable If you're a gigging musician - you'll hit the max volume output on this quickly and quickly hit the limit of it. If I could go back - I'd go PRX ONE right away.

Hey, Douglas! It's tough to compare them too closely, because JBL really has redesigned the MK2 completely. But, there are a few features that will be the biggest upgrades from the EON One Pro. For one, the bluetooth connection is much stronger. In JBL's product demo when they announced this to us, they were able to keep a connection from over 200 ft away in a completely separate room! Another important difference is how much more space the MK2 has for low end from the woofer. Before, the battery was in the same compartment as the sub, which affected the low projection. Now, the battery is in the column, so that space has been freed up! Again, there are tons of differences between those 2 line arrays, so feel free to reach out if you want to chat a bit further! Tout cela est très bien décrit ; mais, une fois qu'on a acheté et reçu le JBL EON ONE MK2, on est énormément déçu du produit, de sa documentation qui oublie de détailler les paramétrages de l'écran couleur ET de l'application : donc, difficile de comprendre et d'optimiser le fonctionnement. Quant au manuel d'utilisation dans ma langue le français, il est très mal traduit et par endroits copié sur une autre produit JBL de la même famille et, donc, avec des erreurs. - Enfin, il est dommage que les 3 barres ne sont pas repérées distinctement de façon plus visibles et que l'orientation de leur connexion entre elles ne soit pas plus clairement monté sur le produit car on hésite lors du montage des trois ou deux barres souhaités. Enfin, lorsqu'on n'utilise que 2 barres, on ne sait pas ou ranger la barre inutilisée (celle du milieu) car si on la laisse rangée en place dans le JBL EON ONE MK2, il est impossible d'"accéder à certaines commandes du JBL EON ONE MK2 ! - J'ajoute, encore, qu'il n'a pas de haut-parleurs médium et c'est un peu dommage pour le rendu sonore avec certaines musiques (musique classique, musique de film).
I had a chance to try this out in-person. It has really nice high/low balance. It gets loud. The sub really kicks, but stays surprisingly articulate (probably because it's a 10" driver). It seems to me like they learned a lot from the Mk1 and applied all the lessons learned in this one. I carried it one-handed for about a quarter of a mile, no problem. Truly portable. Battery power works well. Buttons/knobs and menus are easy and intuitive. I was really enjoying listening to Royal Blood on it via bluetooth. Sounded amazing, even in mono.

This PA is meant to be an all-in-one package deal, and if you need more power or inputs I would recommend looking at something else, but it all depends on what you’re doing. Hey, Marl! Kind of, yes. The speaker will stay powered on if you disconnect the battery and keep the unit plugged into the wall... but no audio will be passed through. The battery is actually a part of the column itself, so without the battery, the speaker will also be disconnected. Everything is stacked on top of each other. So, there's really no reason to take that battery out... you won't be able to play any audio if you do. 😁 I hope this helps answer your question! You want Type-c for fast charging? Get a powerbank lol. 2A is plenty enough to power anything that you need to be powered.

The previous eon one pro didn't have any highs , very weak sound, i hope this is at least twice as good, as far as output and clarity
