Sutton had a problem with trading Russ, if Sutton is still bitter about that then absolutely get rid of him if hes going to bring that attitude back with him in the new season. If hes not 100% on board with the Broncos then get rid of him. i am a business owner and when i have an employee that is a negative team player and starts infecting the rest of my crew with "us vs them" mentality then all the sudden ive got alot more then just one problem employees. he made it very known that he was on Russ's side, if thats still the case then they better get rid of him. if hes 100% on board with the Broncos then absolutely keep him. i dont think hes on board with the Broncos though

If Franklin and Vele ball out in training camp and preseason I can see them trading Sutton to gain more draft capital for next season. That’s probably why they’re stalling this process out. Denver has a plethora of young talent in their WR room. Sutton is aging and has missed time due to injury in the past. If they’re confident in the young guys they have then why pay Sutton a big contract? They still owe Russ a sizable chunk or money and they have a lot of young cheap talent. I think it’d be nice for Denver to keep him but he’s not exactly acting like he wants to stay with the team. And if we’re being honest he’s been acting like this since Russ left. At the end of the day the NFL is a business and he signed the contract. Unfortunately in was a contract from a different regime but it’s still a contract. I’ve always hated when players hold out because it hurts the team as a whole especially when it’s a key player. I’d like to see him stay but if they do let him go I’m glad they have a lot of players in the building who want to be there and are eager and hungry. If he leaves that just more opportunities for everyone else. If he stays we know Nix has as reliable pass catcher for at least this coming season. Either choice is fine as long as the Broncos improve.

There is no press at OTAs because Peyton has them focusing on football. Time will show that this draft the broncos just had his magical. That God is really a bronco fan. We don't need Sutton.
