Much better. Closed caption didn't work, but I know your voice well enough to not miss much of it. Can't wait for the next installment. It is especially helpful to hear from the staff. Double the output!!!! Awesome.

No lean toolkits, no bla bla bla, just simple logic with the simple basics: Know what's value for your customer, flow, added value vs waste and team work. Excellent work Brad. 2sec lean rules ❤

Brad, love the hands on approach, teaching at the point of application, same people, same equipment, different result. Answering the question of what’s in it for me. Not overwhelming people with all the lean tools that corporate uses and Kaizen everyone to death. As a retired head of manufacturing in the cabinet and window industry you took me on a good memory lane journey of implementing Lean through the eyes and hands of the workforce. I endorse your effort 100%.

I like the work benches. I wonder if they watched the Hunter Trim videos to see what the bench should look like.

What you do not know is it is not the best interest of workers to increase the efficiency. Sorry to let you know they even hate you. You think you can teach them and change their views? you think they are not efficient enough because they do not know? they are smart, they are sophisticated and they know how to live and make money from their work. For this reason, some big companies hire only young inexperience workers .

You really are correct. True continuous improvement is a cultural shift that happens when the employees are empowered to improve their work environment and they feel the positive effects of increased quality and production
