    200g bowtie pasta (weighed dry)
    600g chicken breast
    3 Tbs butter
    3 Tbs flour
    3 garlic cloves (minced)
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup milk
    pinch dried parsley
    60g baby spinach
    6 mushrooms (diced)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
