about to go lift here in midwest usa. 6'0" 217lbs @ 11.8% bodyfat trying to get to 10% bf but keep weight at 215 lbs. slowly but surely.
Try one-legged leg press. You can get interesting angles to switch emphasis on glute, quad or whatever else. It's harder to 'cheat' on each rep and it's much more beneficial than a normal leg press.
