I ended up watching the whole movie the other night. Craptastic!!! I love how they ripped off the music from the original Tron movie and incorporated it into the film throughout the movie. That was pure genius!!!

Found it!!! It's from the anime film "The Dagger of Kamui" and is called Kamui Legend or カムイ伝説, composed by Ryudo Uzaki and Eitetsu Hayashi. It's the first track of the film's soundtrack.
