    I noticed the same things. Also, the alarm scheduling is not working. It always triggers alarms even if I set the schedule. The software is very buggy. Hopefully they fix it because the hardware is good.

      I agree completely. I hope they spend some of their budget on fixing the software.

      Its those buggy cells you all using..Your cell processor is delayed to me.

      @@htnowpro thanks like you like the NVR but the app this eve running slow and very clunky not get any notifications from the app which is a disappointment

    Quick question, where is the setting to set to have the camera after taking a snapshot of the motion or vehicle that was detected, it goes back to the default screens, thumbnail on your montior? Once the snapshot or close up is indicated on my montior, the camera just says there

    I can't get my cameras to appear on my app, it's stating that the dvr is online. I have a blank screen. When I hit the 4 button to display the "live" video, I keep getting the buffering.
    Is there a customer support?

    I’m having the same out of my Zosi cameras also. I have the 16 channel but I only have 4 cameras working. But the app is on my phone is having the same problems as you described. Could you tell me what you did to stop this problem.

      Presently, there is no software updates to fix the issues. Hopefully, zosi will improve their software.

    I don't have alert mode... wish I could set it up for only a few cameras

    Same issues with my wifi cameras .. i have 10 but can only view 8 individually and 4 only at 1 time. Bought a newer model wifi cam with sd card slot.. but you have to pay for zosi cloud monthly, without the subscription you cant view any payback just live. Sd card wont show on app either.

      That is one thing Eufy allows. I have two wifi S200's, and you can access the onboard 8gb memory without a subscription . They are pretty good but very near sighted when it comes to detection.

    Ditto, app is difficult to use and doesn't save preferences, and cuts out (connection) when trying to use. Has anyone tried the desktop PC way to control it? I have an apple air notebook and apparently need an M1 processor to use (be compatible).

      Hmm. I haven't tried it. I figured most mobile apps are the best way to access gadgets, etc..

    I made a mistake choosing device transfer . Entered my email and boom everything disappers how do i find back my device and undo device transfer

      I haven't tried to transfer. I am guessing...re-scan the bar code and try setting it up again like new ( if you haven't already tried this). Please let us know what is the result 😀. Thank you for watching and sharing.

    Have the same system. Not a fan of it. Push notifications go crazy. Everything activates it even after lowering sensitivity etc… Also, seems to be my DVR has stopped recording today. Had only one year.

    I had an issue recently my Zosi sistem shuted down and startef beeping and won' stop. What can it cause that? any Idea or suggestion Please

      My best guess 😌. Your hard drive is full, and your alarm is set to let you know. Settings >main menu >disk management >format ( if you know you do not need any of the recordings) >exit. Main menu>setup>alarm>other alarm >email, instead of buzzer . Exit

      Thank you for posting. Interestingly, since making the video, the Zosi app now only retrieves events and doesn't let you search the NVR minute by minute 🙄. You still can directly from the NVR. Someday, I will change to a Foscam system and see how it works. The Samsung S22 Ultra works great 👍. Thank you so much for liking the video anyway 😀. Have a wonderful week 😀.

      For the price, with adjusted expectations I still feel it is a reasonable purchase. I believe Zosi could provide good server/software experience if they wanted to dominate the market 😉. That is all it would take.

      The hardware is priced right and solid. The software/ servers need work.
