Sometimes the strongest souls come from broken families and that I’m very grateful for. I can’t imagine being born in a rich family with everything handed to me. I would not have the same willpower and strength to live life to the fullest ❤

I can relate to this story. I'm 32 and I still give my past the power to my traumas, but losing a good woman to my toxic ways i finally have opened my eyes to myself. I feel the urge to change so I can live the life I want

I hear this! I left a relationship recently and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But I know I had to not only for me because my eyes started opening to myself and the healing I needed within but for him too. I could see the pain in his heart and there are things he has to work on for himself. I hope he finds the path of enlightenment. It's definitely not an easy feat owning up to your bs, mistakes, and trauma. Didn't realize that doing something right could be so freaking hard..but the good things aren't easy, right haha
All the best to ya and anyone else on this journey!

I bought his book a week ago and read it in a week time.
As a former soldier myself too,
I can only say it was not a book but a
honest life testimony about hard struggling.
Adding to that his heart problem
and two operations is even hard
    to read a book.
David went through many nightmares and beat them all
    with grace
    amazing human being
    thank you David

Chose a park where you can run. Put on your shoes. Run. Repeat the next day. Increase distance in 1 week. Repeat. Don't overcomplicate!

i started with about 2 miles run back in july in 1hr… it was hell… walk and run walk and run but i didn’t stop. i even included 15 miles of bike riding… in 3-4 months the changes has happened physically and mentally but i know i have to keep going. so i changed my routines to doing 5 miles a days run and 15 miles bike ride… i was doing 10 miles a day in 2hrs run… cuz i wanted to keep pushing my mindset to make it stronger… but i was starting to go every other day running. so i said nah… lets stick to 1hr… cuz that i can do daily without my body saying this is too much… and without a rest day… so i rested for 3 days to reset my mindset and start over… now i can cover 5 miles in 1hr rather than just 2miles in an hour… and i can cover 10 miles of running in 2hr with a decent pace to keep my hearth rate at 135-140… moral is… if you can push, push… just don’t give up… reset your mind if needed to not give up… but push and find a good routine to keep you going… 💯💯💯 like you said… repeat and don’t over complicate… 💯💯💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

There not enough words to convey just how grateful I am to have discovered Mr. David Goggins today.
At a time when I am attempting to live my best life yet, as the senior citizen female that I am.
Learning to overcome the voices in my head that tell me I don't have what it takes, that I am old, that the best is behind me.,
when I know that I have everything that it takes. But still , I'm laying up in bed, hiding from the world . And dreaming of what I "could be ".
    Thank You Sir.

One day, when I write my book, the world will learn there are more than one "Goggins" in this world. Though, disabled from a neurotoxin and exiled from my family (For being anti-woke and pro-masculinity), I still chose to go deep into the third act of my life. It's a choice brothers. Everything David said to himself, in his book, I still struggle with as well. Staying hard for me has become that scene in 'Man of Steel' when Kal overcomes his weakness, to destroy the world engine. The body does adjust to what the mind wills.
    Stay hard!

Even when my body hurts and is so tired, I remember that I can choose to shift my mind, and That won’t pull me to depletion again. That won’t pull my roots I so hardly work to build. By believing it is not my fault, I can continue, absorbe the energies I create in my own and enjoy myself. I own them nothing, but mySelf. I am free to leave, focus on mySelf and succeed.

The mirrors of life within self. What we think is love and care can solely be power and control, based on us holding onto childhood trauma along with life’s disappointments. Self delivery manifests when we recognise self via our relationships, friendships and within work etc. Every person in our lives, regardless of the timeframe hold up mirrors to parts of our personality of who we are partly in our past, now or who we could become in our future. Regardless, we must be accountable otherwise we suffer for much longer. Situations and things in our lives come and go and the loss builds up as bitter resentments into our retirement and death. Achievements in romance, relationships, friendship, wealth and health deteriorates as time tick, tick, ticks………. If only! We became the trauma we opposed and complained about, we become the mirror we terrier over, day after day.

2-3 years ago I had an acquaintance who I counted among my friends at the time. He was just like David's father, I was manipulated by him and driven to things I don't want to tell. It was bad He had broken me mentally so much that I couldn't even sleep properly. He has brought me more than 10,000 euros and thus considers himself a hero. I was late for the money and wanted to invest it well. Then he said take this way and you will quickly get money. And what didn't come at all. It was a scam. Today I haven't been able to tell him in the face that he is a *********. But I will do it. I have my future in my own hands, go out there and live the way you want it!
