I took a bus from Olso, Gardermoen airport to Manglerud as a solo passenger in the entire bus, non-stop 100+ km/h speed ride for 25 mins, great experience, the transport seems to be really expensive in Oslo. Alas its a nice and clean unpolluted country.

Thanks for the video but there is a mistake. I think you've chosen the flytoget ticket with the add return option selected at the bottom at 1:45 That is why it is 420 NOK instead of 210 NOK for one person. Just wanted to clarify if anyone checks this video.
No, there is the two types of trains are available. One is a super express ticket is a 420 and one is a local. That’s why the ticket prices are different
Local here. This is wrong. The Airport Express Train is (at the time of writing) NOK 240 one way to Oslo Central Station. Half of their trains stop once between the airport and Oslo, adding four minutes to the travel time (23 min vs 19 min).
The "local" trains run on the same tracks, at almost the same speed, three times per hour. They also need 23 minutes to cover the distance, including a single stop halfway. The price is currently NOK 124.

You take the train like everyone else. Cheaper, and faster. Dumbest thing you can do is to take a taxi.

Is the Express Train same as Flytoget? The Flytoget website shows per person price from Oslo Airport to Oslo S as 210 NOK. You mentioned in the video at 3:20 that per person price is 450 NOK.
What am I getting wrong?
114 NOK per person ticket price - and this train is not express, but the train are not stop anywhere directly airport to central train station so express train and the local train. Nothing special. Just only some internally trainer change that set. 450nok ticket is express train

There's also a 50% discount on Flytoget tickets if you're a student, senior citizen, etc. For such people, Flytoget is actually the better option (210/2 = 105 NOK) since it becomes even cheaper than the regular VY train (114 NOK).

What is the time difference for the journey between the flytoget express train and the normal train you took?
It takes the Flytoget (Airport Express) around 2-3 minutes less time. So almost no time difference. However, as I have personally experienced, the local trains often can get pretty full depending on the time of day.
