I cannot get the buttons on the shorter sides to squeeze even though the long sides work easily exactly how you showed. Ours is a different brand butni didnt think the short side buttons should work differently. I know you are not tech support for the whole world butnif you know how to get the side buttons to squeeze I would appreciate it a lot.
