Call forwarding is simply that, is call forwards any call to a remote number without ever ringing your desk. EC500 allows you to call multiple numbers simultaneously and allows you to pick up your desk extension at anytime if you are using a cell phone.

EC500 allows you to send your call to a cell phone and you can, while you are on a call, walk to your extension and pick up said call. Plus more features with EC500. I use EC500 for a number of applications.
@ PBXHowTos ....I just got here taking over the phone system ..problem is no documents and manual for the pbx yeah ! anyways this system is a used definity avaya pbx not really sure what series system this is? .Really need help where I can get manual and also this call forwarding feature ...where I can cancel call forwarding..thnx look forward to your reply.

forwarding external call to an external number using 2 PRI channels in the same trunk possible or not ? i tested this configuration but it is not working form external to external , any idea

Depends on how you are using call park. Call pickup is administered through the call pickup groups. Add a new one or you can change an existing one.
