    Depends on how you are using call park. Call pickup is administered through the call pickup groups. Add a new one or you can change an existing one.

    Call forwarding is simply that, is call forwards any call to a remote number without ever ringing your desk. EC500 allows you to call multiple numbers simultaneously and allows you to pick up your desk extension at anytime if you are using a cell phone.

    @samshin01 Call Forwarding sends calls from your extension to a number you designate and will not ring your original extension. EC500 allows you to send your call to a cell phone and you can, while you are on a call, walk to your extension and pick up said call. Plus more features with EC500. I use EC500 for a number of applications.

    @ PBXHowTos ....I just got here taking over the phone system ..problem is no documents and manual for the pbx yeah ! anyways this system is a used definity avaya pbx not really sure what series system this is? .Really need help where I can get manual and also this call forwarding feature ...where I can cancel call forwarding..thnx look forward to your reply.

    Good video.
    here is a question. You can set up a toggle call-fwd button on the phone that is supposed to forward calls to a per-defined extension. My question is why does not it work?

    hi, how I can change number of rings before it is being forwarded if no answer. users complain it is only rings twice and being forwarded!!

    Hello CJ,I have an Avaya s8300, is there a way on the station form to have voicemails from a primary extension left on the covering/brdg extension?Scenario:Call comes in for ext.1Ext.1 is a brdg-appr on ext.2, I would like for the caller to be able to leave the voicemail on ext.2 voicemail
