I have seen some really cool paint pouring designs where after pouring the paint you moisten the napkin or paper towel whatever you use to put over it lightly press it down and then pull it up and oh my God the results are just amazing
On that second pour I think what would be cool is to just lay the paper towel lightly down on the top of it and then bring the corners (8) to the middle of the paper towel and pull it up slowly to see what it does, sometimes that is such a cool effect
I love the spoon the best , I did a similar one , try it if you like I used a salad spoon in circle motions , and actually it looked like cut up tree trunk :) it was gorgeous with brown bronze white and gold , but deffenetly spoon . !!! I love everything what's unique:)
Great color selection! I kind of like that the feather doesn't pick up too much of the black paint. It gives a smokey overlay on top of the more vibrant yellows and oranges. The pointy part of the feather made a similar wake effect to the spoon, but seemed a little more controlled. I'd like to play around with the feather technique someday. It's good having a lot of tools in your toolbox! TFS :)
Great instructional video for beginners!!!

Great idea Barb! I can totally see that in my head, I'll have to try a circular spoon swipe too!
Souffle Art can't wait to see your video on it :)
What about a sponge or a small piece of bubble wrap
That could be fun to experiment with!
